Nothing wrong with the customer service here but they’re constantly out of stuff or I have to wait 10 minutes for it. It’s too bad cause I love the food.

Took 15 min to get the order at the window and still got the order wrong. Very unorganized and the food was cold.

This place is terrible. Stay away. I’ve recently moved from CA where you can find a PE anywhere and I have never had food this bad from a PE or any other restaurant. It was nice seeing it open, as it was something that reminded me of home. I have given it so many chances and each time it has gotten worse. So bad… So, so bad.
