This gas station have a convenient store, car wash, tire air pump away from lots of pump station and huge lot. Gas prices are close to Sam’s Club(few pennies high). I never have issues with the clerks inside coz I don’t expect great customer service from any gas station? Really ?.

CUSTOMERSERVICESUCKS! I rarely ever review gas stations, but customer service here was just horrible. Most gas stations always offer a discount on gas when you get a car wash, so I bought one and it’s good for 14 days. The same day I bought gas and a $ 13 car wash, the car wash broke down as I was next in line. I’ve already entered in my code since I was next. My husband got out of the car to report that the car wash broke down since the guy in the car wash couldn’t exactly get out since it was still spitting out water. When my husband came back the guy in the car was able to get out and we told him we told the gas station already but he should go in there anyway — ya know, to confirm. We waited like 10 minutes for the guy working to help us all out. Guess he was the only one working. We couldn’t just back out since there was a long line for the car wash and we wanted to make sure our code was still legit. Eventually, the guy couldn’t fix it. So when the car in the car wash pulled out we went through and parked to talk to the gas attendant. The guy in front of us wanted a refund since he didn’t live nearby(not sure what happened after) and my husband asked if the code was going to be ok — guy attendant said«yes». At that point, we just wanted to leave. We go back on the 14th day my code was to expire because we hadn’t had the chance to get back. Pulled up to the empty car wash and code was INVALID. Did it again. Still INVALID. Went to talk to the attendant/cashier(again the only one working) and he said try it again. STILLINVALID. So my husband went in and said it wasn’t working. I was in the car waiting for no joke, 45 minutes as my husband was patiently trying to get either a refund or a new car wash code. The attendant apparently had to call some other guy(maybe the owner) told him the issue and my husband was on the phone too. Back and forth of the story… the man on the phone was like«oh so you were given 14 days to return when it broke down» and my husband was like«NO, you are ALWAYS given 14 days for a car wash– it’s on the receipt». The attendant kept telling my husband to hold on since he had to help the other customers in line… mind you several of them kept coming in and out because he was messing up their gas transactions. My husband got fed up after the next times he said to wait and told the guy«I’ve been waiting patiently and I’m a customer too. When is it my turn!!!» At one point my husband wanted to take it as a lost — told him that I wanted a refund. After 45 minutes, we finally received a new car wash for $ 11. I was like but it was $ 13…husband said, yea I know and I told him it was for $ 13 and the guy aggressively handed him the $ 2 cash. It shouldn’t take 45 minutes to resolve that issue. We decided never to give our business back to them.
