Had James as my tech. He was very responsive and knowledgeable and helped me troubleshoot other issues as well. Great customer service!

Had Joseph as my tech, he met me on base, and fixed my phone while we sat there and had a conversation. I can’t talk this service up enough. And the lifetime warrantee from defects is a big bonus too. When my wife or kid break their phone again, I’ll be running right back to these guys!

James Anderson was our tech from iCracked! I have never used the service before but when I cracked my iPhone 6 screen last night at 9pm I knew that there was going to be no fast fix, the earliest appointment at my closest Apple Store was Friday, this was Sunday!!! So I frantically searched the Internet praying for a solution and I stumbled across iCracked! I was a little skeptical because it sounded too goo to be true, they would actually come to where ever I was and fix it for a lot cheaper then all the sites warned me online. So I gave it a shot and James texted me first thing in the morning and was at my home less then two hours later. My phone was fixed better then new 12 hours after the «incident»!!! James was fast and friendly and I am going to recommend him to all my family and friends! I didn’t have to leave my house, fight traffic on a Monday and stand in line at the mall to have them tell me it would be ready in a few hours! I still can’t believe it, I’m just so happy that I took the chance and it paid off! I will never get any of my devices fixed any where else! Thank you James Anderson and iCracked, I’m a huge fan and I’m gonna make sure all my friends and family are too!
