Grace Bridal & Tuxedo

I’m pretty sure ‘Customer Service’ are Grace’s middle and last names. Grace Customer Service. Has a nice ring to it, I’d say! Anyway, I’m one of those people who most people find incredibly annoying due to my indecisiveness (thank GOODNESS for my charm, or else I’d have zero friends). So when I got engaged, I don’t know what I was thinking when I thought I’d just breeze into a bridal salon, pick out a dress and walk off into wedded bliss. Boy was I wrong! It’s more like I walked into wedded confusion and frustration. After many bridal salon owners and employees showing me that they were, in fact, annoyed by my indecisiveness; I hesitatingly called Grace Bridal and Tuxedo because I’d eyed a Sophia Tolli dress that I was pretty sure (wait no, am I sure? Wait, yes I’m sure. Wait, can I try it on one more time?) was the one! The first indication that this bridal salon was like no other was the cheery person that answered the phone. I was super excited to try on my dress and was greeted by a lovely woman who seemed just as excited for me to try on the dress as I was! It turns out, it was the one and only Mrs. Grace. We sat down and talked about all of the crazy thoughts I had in my head in terms of my perfect wedding dress (in actuality, after trying on several dresses, I was clueless) and suddenly, something amazing happened… she LISTENED (*gasp!*). She pulled some additional dresses that she thought I might also like and I ended up finding «the one». I had so much fun talking to her that I ended up staying there for three hours. Being indecisive Ingrid, I needed some time to make sure that was the perfect dress and got not an ounce of attitude, disappointment or pressure from Mrs. Grace. On top of being the most phenomenal person and bridal expert I’ve met on this journey; Grace’s shop has a great selection of dresses for brides with many budgets; as well as prom dresses, tuxes, mother of the bride dresses, accessories and… she’s like a super ninja with alterations! Grace has it going on and I just can’t say enough about my experience working with her. Honestly, if you’re looking for someone who really cares about brides, look no further. Grace is AWESOME!

Grace is awesome! I originally found my wedding dress at another boutique and it was WAY overpriced. Grace gave me a great deal on the dress (saving me $ 600) and the alterations that she did — shortening the dress, taking in the cap sleeves/​back, adding a bustle — were done quickly and professionally. I looked forward to my fittings because Grace is such a laid back, friendly woman to talk to. Don’t let the strip mall exterior fool you. Grace’s shop is better than the fancy boutiques — her work is excellent and she’s an absolute doll. Totally worth the drive down from Baltimore.
