Best steak I have ever had. From the salad to the baked potato. BBQ is great as well! Worth the drive to the middle of nowhere.

This place is literally off the cell phone grid and is way off in the middle of rural Mississippi. There are few dining options around this area so this is a popular spot with the local folks. The ambiance is loud and busy as its a small dining space and they have some random items on the wall a bit like a Cracker Barrel. BBQ brisket, pulled pork, chicken, burgers and steak are what they offer. During lunch steaks are not available but they offer the rest of the menu.
I’ve had the steak, BBQ brisket sandwich, and BBQ chicken sandwich. They steak is decent and the brisket is very tender and nice while the chicken is just chicken. From the selection of things I’ve eaten here I would suggest the brisket is the best offering with the awesome sweet potato planks being the best choices of sides. This place gets crowded and a line often forms to order at the cash register so the seating gets a bit tight at peak times. Once your order is brought to your table its mostly self service on drinks and everything else. No alcohol is served and you can get iced tea or soft drinks. Make sure to opt for a tin cup as it keeps your drink much cooler than the optional Styrofoam not to mention its way more cool and environmentally sound to drink out of.
