What a horrible experience. At first it wasn’t so bad. The exam was fine-​everyone was friendly… then they started to push different things on me. They told me I needed to get my teeth bleached (I’m a coffee drinker… so sue me) and then said I needed to get my teeth straightened (not by braces, but by invisalign). I told them that I would like to have some information on it (if my insurance would cover it, etc). They took this to mean that three different people should talk to me about why I needed to get it, then they’d force me to watch a video while they all sat in the next room and talked, then they’d literally add it to my bill and asked me how I’d like to pay. No joke-​thousands of dollars worth of services were on that bill that they had not done including the fillings I needed (that had not been done yet) and the invisalign which also had not been done and which I told them I was not sure I even wanted to do. And did I mention that this was my first (and only) visit with this dentist? A new customer and they were billing me for services not rendered.
Do not go to this dentist.
