Called and scheduled a move-​in cleaning for our house we were purchasing in December, a month prior to the closing date. We were given the price based on our particulars and told to email the info to their email. I did all of that. The day of cleaning arrives, and no cleaners… I called both numbers I was given, left voicemails on both and emailed the email address I was given as well. 1 hour later, still no one. No call backs, nothing. I never put too much stock in reviews, but in this case… There seems to be a trend with this business being unreliable/​not dependable. Go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time.

I had an estimate scheduled for today at my home. I took of from work to wait and they never showed up. When I called and asked about the appointment, she said she was just trying to call me to reschedule for Monday. I will not be using this company for obvious reasons and you should reconsider as well.

Called to schedule and estimate. Estimate was scheduled on a Friday at 2 pm. No one bother showing up. By 2:30 pm I called and asked what had happened. She apologize and said she was stuck at the office and asked to reschedule for the following Monday at 8 am. Monday comes around, once again, no one EVER bother showing to give us an estimate and NEVER even bother to call to explain why they couldn’t show up. It’s a no call, no show business. Not sure how a business like this is still around.
