Cvs Pharmacy

Overall the store is convenient with the location and business hours. I have had a few issues (not too many) where i will go in the morning and the pharmacy section hasn’t open even though it is past the posted opening time.
My biggest issue with this CVS is the amount of loitering in front of the store (mostly during the summer months). It really makes you second guess if you want to bypass the riff-​raff to take care of business.
The staff is always pleasant and you are always greeted with a warm hello.

Hey, it’s a CVS — can’t tell one from the other without a GPS. This one happens to be right between my favorite Indian restaurant and a great international market, so it gets a stop if I need something while I’m out.

I called around 2pm to place the order for my prescription, and I was told that it would take up to an hour for it to be ready. I go to the store at 10pm, waited at the Pickup line for 10 minutes, and then i’m told that I could not pickup my prescription because my health insurance information needed to be updated. So I am sent to wait at another line. I wait for another 10 minutes, even though there was no one in front of me, to finally be attended.
After checking in all of my information, I am told that they were out of the prescription and wouldn’t have it ready until Monday. Why didn’t anyone call me to let me know? Why didn’t the girl check first to make sure that it was ready so that I wouldn’t have wasted my time giving them all my information for a prescription that they didn’t even have in stock? I ended up going to the Giant Pharmacy instead.
