Inside looks sad… I think its the people managing it. They are not busy yet they seem to want you to leave. your a bother to them & don’t come back attitude. Very unwelcoming.

It’s hard enough to find a place that will do ice cream cakes, or do QUALITY ice cream things now a days. But to call with questions and not be able to get answers, understand the person answering the phone, the person«answering» the phone is rude and short with you makes you want to take your business else where REGARDLESS! I grew up and as long as I can remember parents got me a fudgey the whale for my bday. And trying to share or enjoy that with a friend looks like it will nothing more than a good idea, or plan that will not come to fruition. 4 days lead time(which seems unreal with the customer service I received) and if I wouldn’t have gotten hung up on could have at least put my order in so MAYBE I could get it back by the time needed, but I will take my business else where. Rather spend the money with people who want it VS. people who are doing so well one more customer… WHONEEDSTHEM!!! If I could give no stars, I WOULD! But since I can’t, I guess one star will have to do. «Tom» needs to practice his customer service and pronunciation…

No wonder Carvel locations aren’t staying in business. I don’t think our cashier knew how to make a Carvelanche, so he said they were out of them.(??) And then my soft serve cone was like the leaning tower of Pisa. At least it tasted good.
