Burger Fi offers burgers, hot dogs, shakes, malts, floats, fries and onion rings. They have 6 specialty burgers including one called the bfast all day burger that comes with bacon, eggs, hash browns, maple syrup and ketchup. Sounds like it’s too much but it was not a sloppy burger at all. You can order your burger as a single, double or triple with a variety of toppings which means you can make your burger as unique as you are. Did I mention they also offer craft beer, wine and pure cane sugar bottled sodas?! AWESOME! Now on to the burger, very juicy, put together well and the added touch of the Burger Fi branded on the top bun. If you check in, you’ll get a special deal which could be a free item. Today I got free fries! Yummy. Ok now onto environment… place was neat and tables were clean. They’ve 2 televisions but no sound as they play music instead. Bathroom was clean but there were no paper towels just hand dryer… ok but I’m leery about opening the door without paper towel. Overall, great burger, tasty fries and nice place. Will come back.

We ordered 2 veggie burgers and they were pretty good. We also ordered onion rings which was enormous. I mean the pile was about 12″ high! The buns on the burgers were greasy and the were served in small paper bags. Everything came on one metal tray. No individual plates. We had to share eating over the tray. Made it impossible to eat comfortably. This place advertises itself as gourmet. The food was of high quality but defiantly not a gourmet setting. Didn’t serve coleslaw that would have been good with burgers and hot dogs. One positive was the government discount. The staff was friendly.

Who to burgerfi was fair we had ordered the breakfast all day burger in the burner for cheeseburger but the Vienna beef hot dog onion rings and fries. Honoring from great. Fry’s similar to boardwalk fries. How to inform the manager the dining room was extremely cool or cold customers were all sitting in the dining room with their coats on. Manager informed me that the kitchen was 80 degrees. Cashier told me it’s been cold all weekend here. Manager informed cashiers that you tell complaining customer said the kitchen is 80 degrees. Probably would not return do the bad attitude of manager in charge. The date is January 20th2016 time is 7 p.m.

The burger was cooked to perfection. The fries were delicious too but I scarfed them down before I could take a picture. To give you an idea they put them in a paper bag like Five Guys. I think this might be my new burger spot

Came here after seeing a movie at the nearby theater and I will say I was pleasantly surprised. Nuts and bolts: –we were greeted promptly –the lady who took our order was friendly –she let us know we could get a free drink for all of us –the drink machines are cool –food was done quickly –used movie ticket stub to get 20% off –fries and burger were tasty –cute stamped burgers –would return It’s no five guys, the meat was softer and a little more greasy. But, I will definitely maybe quite possibly occasionally go to burger fi instead of five guys.

I’ve been wanting to try this place out for a while now. Awesome burger. I actually like it better than 5 guy’s. I got a single beacon cheese burger. Nothing fancy but it was fresh and delicious. Next time I’ll come back I’ll try their dogs. Oh! Government employees get a 20% discount and if you show them your Laurel Regal ticket receipt, you get 20% discount as well. I should’ve got the double stack burger. :) #yum

All the potential to be a 5 star review but just a few small missteps that made it 4. Cons: — I purchased a drink and had to stop eating and go back to the register & request my drink. — My Chicago style hot dog was made w/o the celery salt. Again, I had to request it. — The temperature of my food could have been better. This is still a very positive visit(first time) and I will return to sample more items from the menu. Pros: — The size and flavor of the onion rings are impressive. — Portions are enough to share. — Manager was on scene and worked very hard to ensure customer satisfaction. I decided to dine in since I wasn’t in a tremendous rush. I was greeted upon entry and quickly helped. If you like, you can register your cell number and receive a free drink on your first visit. Each visit will get you closer to more free rewards. There is a build your own burger option as well as vegetarian options for the non-carnivores. Restroom was clean and the dining area was spacious and well maintained. This location offers a military discount!

Randomly stopped in here for lunch on my day off with my husband. We were pleasantly surprised by staff attentiveness. And cleanliness of the restaurant. Husband ordered the All Day Breakfast burger. He’s a big fan of egg on a burger. I ordered a regular cheeseburger. Needless to say we were amazed. Burgers were juicy but not greasy. Everything was made fresh. Loved the self serve touch screen soda machines. I was also a big fan of them bringing your food to your table. Décor was rustic yet had a futuristic feel with all the metal. I am a huge fan of burgers and this def is in my top ten burger places. The branded burger is also a nice touch and not a bad marketing gimmick. The fries were freshly made and were nice and crisp. Reasonably priced for such fresh food. I would def recommend this place.

This burger is okay. No hormones or antibiotics just 100% pure Angus beef. I decided to get a hamburger with a side order of half&half(half fries and onion rings). They gave us a tracker/beeper to place on a pad in the middle of the table that blinked letting us know that our order was on the way and shortly thereafter it arrived. The burger was ok, not greasy, and came with lettuce and tomatoe on a steamed bun that was branded with the BurgerFi logo. Pretty neat. The atmosphere was casual with a TV mounted on the wall playing a sports network channel. The fries and onion rings were good as well, not greasy, which l liked. The customer service was good and pleasant. They also make fresh to order sundaes with your choices of flavors. I will give this a try on my next visit.

Holy cow(no pun intended) that 28 burger might’ve been the best burger I’ve had in a longgggg time! 28-day dry-aged ground brisket burger. My Lordy, I just couldn’t stop smiling in between anticipating the next bite and blissfully enjoying the most recent one. I had such a great dining experience that I’m writing this review as the crisp strawberry-lemonade still lingers in my mouth and that delicious, perfectly seasoned and aged burger meat is still digesting in my gratified tummy. Simply could not wait any longer to share this with y’all. Burgers, fries, custard, shakes, craft beers, and wine… Do I need to say more?! Not really, but it’s also all natural. That’s right, no hormones or antibiotics in their food. I seriously couldn’t be more pleased. But wait, there’s more! 20% discount if you’re military. God bless America, and God bless Burgerfi!

I enjoyed my experience here. I’m sure I will regret the calories I consumed later. The people were friendly. Rick greeted me as soon as I walked in and took my order. He was even nice enough to suggest some menu items since I was a newby. I took him up on one of his suggestions and added a few toppings. Rosa, who has a pleasant disposition came to my table to check on me. Upon my request, she refilled my drink and gave me a takeout container with bag. The food was really good. I wish I could order just one onion ring as they are huge! My burger was tasty and cooked just right. I like that the business is about finding ways to minimally impact the environment and their food is all natural. I will be dining here again.

The food is pretty good! I like it. The fries do get cold quickly. Newsflash… fresh food doesn’t reheat well since it isn’t dipped in preservatives. Everything came out fairly quickly and i saw when it was cooked. Cool! Worth the visit. Very nice décor. The onion rings are huge and have a nice bite!

We went here right after we left Regal. Shawn helped us out and explained the menu. He also gave us 20% discount because we had just left the movies and he saw our movie popcorn. Which is awesome! So, if you go there from the movies makes sure you are able to show proof! Keep those receipts! So when you order, they remind me of Five Guys, simple menu, unless you ask for single. Fries separate and drink too. The inside of the restaurant was clean and very modern. I ordered the double. Forgot my fries but went back to order. My friend and I were not fans of their fries. Just like Five Guys. Yuck! Their burger was better though. Just the way I like it, with lots of cheese. I had a lemonade with my meal and it was okay but next door Blaze has a much better lemonade. Trust me. The service was great. If you are outside, they will deliver your food to you. We sat outside. Hmmm they may want to keep someone constantly checking the tables. There were only three and all were dirty, so the guy who was sitting down when we first walked in, should have been out there cleaning those tables. So they get 4 stars because of the messy tables. Else they would have gotten a 5 with me.

Nice burger joint in the new developing shopping center with a variety of different food chains. Ordered the breakfast burger, which turned out to be an average burger with its toppings. The fried egg topping is a nice touch, but there are better burger with fried eggs out there. The hash brown was good and something different, but could’ve been fried more for a crunchy texture. The meat patty itself was a little dry. Overall, a 3⁄5 burger. Fries and onion rings were subpar. Fries were fried nicely and kept the potatoe skins which is a plus, but lacked seasoning. Onion rings, though, was a whole lot of batter, not much onion. Batter was also soggy. 3⁄5. Service was very helpful and welcoming. Employers made an effort to greet customers warmly and get orders right. 5⁄5 Overall, a chill place that I’d come to for lunch every so often, but not at the top of the list.

I was wary from the reviews so maybe my expectations were slightly lowered and hence more easily exceeded. regardless, it was good! we did come in at 9:30pm on a weekday, so it was not busy at all, maybe that gave them more time/energy to focus? it took them about 15 minutes to get us our food, which was fine since we weren’t in a hurry, and i’d rather have my food prepared fresh and tasty. the single cheese burger was pretty good. the patty was nothing really special, quality was ok, not bad(better than most fast food, but not as good as some good five guy/elevation burger/zburger spots), not dry and still slightly juicy(which was great), but i do wish it was slightly thicker. i usually prefer one patty vs two, unless it’s a really thin patty which this was not. next time maybe i’ll get the double(wish there was a 1.5x? =P). the cheese was good. i like whole leaf lettuce, which they had, and it was nice and crisp, which i feel makes the burger. the tomatoes seem fresh too. i generally will rate a burger not just by their patty but the veggies too, so i was happy to taste the freshness. the bread was more sweet and softer than i expected but pretty good when paired with everything else. the conflict burger was good too! I liked their veggie patty which had a hint of parmesan in it! and made it a little creamier/smoother in taste i think. this is a plus in my taste book, but not so much for vegans =/. the parmesan fries were good, though i have to say based on what was visually presented i was expecting a lot more flavor. still goood, just personally wanted more flavor(it had that almost enough which sometimes drive me crazy!) all in all, this and no drinks came out to be ~$ 19. the service was great! friendly, patient, and helpful. i’d come back =) and next time i’ll try a concrete! i hope they use good ice cream =P

Don’t let the double stack menu intimidate you. Ask for a single patty when ordering. The amount of fixings is plentiful with everything from sauces to chili. You get a nifty tracker which is supposed to be placed on the black mat each table has. Lay it with the prongs facing up and LRS logo glowing. They aren’t legs. :) The food is brought to your table on a tray and if you ordered the onion rings they will nearly fill the tray. Fries are generous, too. Burgers are branded. I’ll let you experience the novelty. Parties are medium well unless you request otherwise. They are juicy and filling. Definitely worth trying them out!

Maybe it is just me but my GPS did get me in the general area and I think it was off because of all the construction going on in the area. Luckily a few fellow Unilocalers pointed out that it is across from Buffalo Wild Wings and the Regal Cinema. There is a free parking garage near BurgerFi too. The best way to describe this place is that of a throw back burger joint for 21st century tastes and 21st century style. The place is very clean and very new. So new I believe that the day I went was the very first day they were open. The crew is enthusiastic and they won me over when one of the hostess told me that because I was in uniform I can get a 15% military discount. Winning!!! I ordered a Chicago dog, BurgerFi Cheeseburger, and a regular order of fries. The food was great and it filled me up quite nicely. I took my order to go and hope to go back to sit down and enjoy their selection of beers or I might get frisky and sample their wines. Despite being a burger place their menu is very extensive in how you can have your burger prepared and the toppings that you can put on it. It is similiar to an In N Out as far as how the burgers come wrapped but the taste and selection of toppings far surpass In N Out(Not hating on In N Out). I also sampled one of their Chicago dogs and it was the closest I have had to a real Chicago dog outside of the Windy City. Hope that others can back me up on this. If you are in the area and want a new burger experience do stop by as you will not be disappointed.

I was invited to a private tasting the day before they opened to the public and I can honestly say I had some of the best burgers of my life! Walking in was pretty cool to see the décor, the tables were recycled wood, the walls were over populated wood and chairs were recycled coke bottles! It was great to see a place that prides itself on being environmentally friendly! Now lets get to the good stuff, the food! I’ll start backwards, I was able to try two of their Concrete flavors(Red Velvet and Key lime) and they were delicious along with the most decadent chocolate shake ive ever had. They will give another shake/burger place in the area(which shall not be named) a good run for their money! The burgers were out of this world! The hand stamped bun and fresh made ingredients really make a difference in not only offering a good burger but offering a good experience. Every bite is a memorable one! The one burger that took me by surprise was the Breakfast All Day burger, normally I would shy away from a burger with eggs, hashbrowns and syrup but it was the perfect amount of each thing. The syrup offered just the right amount of sweet to balance off the rest of the burger and I could seriously just nosh on their bacon all day long. It was better bacon then i’ve had at some notable breakfast places and they make it in house every morning! I cant speak much to the staff as we mostly interacted with someone from their corporate office, but the employees that brought us food seemed really happy and up beat. I cant imagine anyone having a negative experience with them. The location in Laurel Town Center is a good one as its around other restaurants, shopping and the movie theater but the parking situation is a little awkward if your not lucky enough to get a spot right out front.

Being one of the few fortunate Unilocalers to do a sneak preview private tastings, I naturally did my research before and after reading reviews of BurgerFi in Silver Spring, I automatically knew I was gonna love the place for the following reasons: 1) Don C. compared it to In n’ Out. He’s right, the concept is the same. The taste not so much, but the idea of serving fresh free range beef patties, non frozen anything is the same. 2) Another Unilocaler gave it a low one star rating and stated that they were Bobby’s Burger Palace fan and they judge every other burger joint against that standard. Being that I think Bobby’s Burger Palace is possibly the worst burger ever, I knew that the law of opposites would work in this case. I think other Unilocalers do a great job of explaining the company’s involvement with the community and their environmentally conscious approach, so I will just move on and describe the food(the most important part): BurgerFi Cheeseburger –Double natural Angus burger, double American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and BurgerFi sauce(it’s a «secret sauce» by the way I understand proprietary rights, but the«secret sauce» approach is getting kinda old, unless you are Apple Inc, maybe it’s good to be transparent about the ingredients going into people’s mouths). Anyway, the burger itself was simple, juicy, fresh and delicious. VegeFi Burger-a quinoa burger, white cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and BurgerFi sauce served on a multigrain bun or lettuce. Loved this one wrapped in lettuce. The burger was actually crunchy and reminded me of a falafel. I’m not likely to forego meat for a veggie burger, but this one is actually crave-able. As a warning this not vegan it comes with white cheddar standard on it. The veggie burger is even as crispy and tasty the next day, cause I am eating it right now while writing this review. B.A.D.(Breakfast All Day) Burger complete with Angus beef, American cheese, bacon with a maple syrup glaze, fried egg, hash browns, grilled diced onions and ketchup. This burger has 730 calories, whereas others even with a double patty have 500 – 600 calories. I quite frankly disliked this crowd favorite, then again I’m also one of those people who doesn’t really want to eat breakfast for every meal. This burger will appeal to the general public, just not to me since I would prefer not to eat a burger, ketchup, maple syrup and an unsalted hash brown together ever again. I ate the bacon off this burger though. Brisket Burger(or the 28 burger)-Double natural 28 day dry aged ground brisket, Swiss cheese, blue cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and BurgerFi sauce. Freaking loved it. Seriously I dislike blue cheese and loved everything on this burger. Chicago Style Dog– hot dog topped with mustard, neon relish, diced onion, tomato slices, sport peppers, celery salt, and a pickle spear served on a poppy seed bun. We got this with the Wagyu Kobe beef dog. Pretty tasty, pretty authentic. Chocolate milkshake-their milkshakes are made with custard vs. ice cream, so they are quite thick and dense and has Mike B put it «DECADENT». We got the Parmesan Cheese & Herbs fries(Urban Fries). Which were ok. Great fresh cut fries, I just didn’t think the parm did much for them other than make them super dry, the garlic aioli sauce dipping sauce was pretty awesome though. The ONIONRINGS however ARETHEBESTONIONRINGSONTHISPLANET. No joke. In addition to them being HUGE, the buttermilk batter created this light crunchy coating that adhered to the onion. BurgerFI has a secret menu, it’s posted right below their regular menu( ), which makes me wonder how they define the word«secret». The staff was super attentive, friendly and chatty(like almost in that In n Out are you all a member of a cult kind of way?). The staff also let us know that the fried foods were prepared in highly refined peanut oil that is considered safe for those with allergies due to the removal of the enzyme that triggers allergies. Because I am a science nerd I found out these facts: The FDA Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004 and the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act(FFDCA) indicate that highly refined oils are not major food allergens. On pubmed, there is one controlled human trial that looked at the use of refined peanut oil by 60 peanut-allergic individuals. The study monitored individuals with severe peanut allergy and showed that they had no reactions to highly refined peanut oil. Researchers concluded that the consumption of refined peanut oil did not pose risk to any of the subjects. According to my coworker at the The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, it’s probably safe but you check with your doctor first though. All in all, a great experience, and I am so glad I had the chance to check BurgerFi out. Thanks for converting me into a veggie burger lover.
