Brite Shoe Service

Ruined my timberlands. Flat out ruined them. Instead of just admitting that he couldn’t repair them, he screwed them up so horribly, they went from a minor issue to completely unwearable.

Terrible service.
I brought in two pairs of men’s shoes, looking to double up on the height the heel. I was quoted a whopping $ 80, but I went ahead and left them to be taken care of. They were promised by 12:30 PM two days later on a Thursday afternoon.
I come at 1 PM and the shoes haven’t even been touched. I’m more irritated that someone couldn’t even pick up the phone and give me a call to save me the trip. I’m then promised they’ll be ready by 4:00 PM. I come back at 4:45 PM, and surprise, they’re still not ready.
When my husband voices his frustrations, all we get in response are excuses about how there were «family issues» that morning, complaints about how I demanded the shoes be done in such a short period of time, and how the shoes are «too weak».
Aside from the terrible service, the place looks like a hot mess. Each time I’ve visited, there’s a messy pile of shoes at the counter, and everything behind the counter looks even worse.
Not cool. So frustrating.

My shoes repair was done quickly and very reasonable price. Comparing with the rest of the shoe repair stores. They are the best. The owner is very kind.
