Vista Creek Apartments

I walked into vista creek spoke to Jessica she was fantastic gave me such great info, i really love they have activities for residents and activities. I will be coming back to see her in a few months when i decide to move.

Been here for 24 hours haven’t witnessed any kind of fights haven’t witnessed any drug deals as of yet a few interesting looking people that’s about it seems to be very quiet place.
The outside of the building seem to be well-​maintained and fairly clean inside the apartments are nice could be maintained a little bit better they should maybe get a better maintenance man or cleaning staff to clean the apartments when someone is moving out or moving in.

This place is over run with drug dealers and druggies, had alot of potential a few years back, but now its not so wonderful. Management does not help what-​so-​ever, in fact I’m pretty sure she does drugs as well. Not a «FAMILY» apartment complex.

I’ve personally had to call the cops because people were beating each other up outside my bedroom window.
Alot of drug deals are happening in this complex and alot of sketchy people are lurking around.
When I first moved in to this place there were always tons of children running around in packs with no adults around. It felt like children of the corn they would all play on and around my car I would have to tell them to get away from it. And when I would try to leave they would all chase my car and sometimes hit it and throw things it while verbally harassing me.
The office staff is a joke.
They could care less about what’s going on.
I went in and resigned my lease cause they told me I could stay here. I figured I would since its cheap. I went in resigned my lease and was happy cause I knew I wouldn’t have to move the next month. Two weeks after resigning my new lease they leave a note on the door saying to contact them. I call the office and they say I may not be able to stay. I was mad at this point cause they had already told me I could and I did the paperwork already and if I don’t get to stay that means I have to move in two weeks.
Also I paid rent when I went to re sign the lease and it was made out the proper amount. They lady tells me that since I re signed I get 100 off my rent. She tells me to write a new check void out the other one. A week later I get a note on my door saying I owe 100 and I’m late paying my rent.
WTF is wrong with these people?!
