Selection was good however I was looking for one particular scent. I was unsure if they possibly had more in there over stock below, so when I took a look in the cupboard below I was approached by Stacy and asked if I needed help. I told her what I was looking for and she said they didn’t have any left. Her attitude was like I was stealing or something, very rude! Mind you I had over $ 100 dollars worth of product and that was after the 75 percent off. She then went over and spoke to Jackie and she commented, «We don’t just let people rummage through the cupboards!» I wasn’t rummaging, I had just opened the cupboard.
I explained in other locations they usually ask if I have checked the over stock below. She then said really snarky, «Well that’s what makes us all different!!» At this point I’m annoyed! Ok, Whatevs!
Next I checkout and Alex is so sweet and so wonderful she is the reason I gave 2 stars. She was awesome as far as customer service goes and she should be a manager just based on her sales ability, knowledge of product and friendliness.
I would NEVER come back to this location unless Jackie and Stacy were talked to by upper management! Their rude, snobby behavior is unacceptable and is NOT what I think Bath & Body Works expects from their employees! I’m treated better by all other Bath & Body Works .
No wonder most stores are closed in this mall, its terrible service that turns people off from spending their money.

The people working here are just so nice, my Mom & I ventured in here in our last visit and I cannot stress enough how helpful they were.
The Laughlin mall as a whole is simply lacking, due to empty spaces, so it’s refreshing to find a store so full a life amongst all the desolation.
Great bargains were going on and at one point I found the cutest Owl car diffuser on clearance but it was broken, being the last one I was disappointed, but she went the extra mile going through the clearance product until she found me one, way to go, this Owl lover displays her diffuser still!
So if you need a break from the monotony of slot machines and river play, step into the Laughlin Mall and head to Bath &
Body works for a little bargain shopping, you’ll be greeted with a smile and find some great deals in the meantime.

Love this outlet store, always clean and great prices. Everyone there is very friendly :-)

A good-​sized store in the Laughlin outlet center, well-​stocked with products, clean overall, and is very similar to the retail store set-​up (except with better prices).
I’ve been a fan of this popular brand for many many years, but recently, only been loving the True Blue Spa line because I’ve got super dry skin and sensitive skin at that, too (shea butter balm, scrub, body lotion/​crème and foot products). I like that you get to sample the products, just look for the ones marked «TESTER.» Oops, also love the hand soaps too; it’s the only one we use at home.
Of course, shopping the outlet stores, compared to the regular retail stores, you will get better deals. For example, the True Blue Spa items are «Buy 2, Get 1 Free.» I fell in love with the new citrus scrub. Smells very good, and lasted a while, too.
This store is a must-​stop for all you die-​hard BBW fans. I’m sure when and if we are back in the area (this was a day trip to Laughlin this past saturday), we will visit again.

This is the best kept little secret in Laughlin. I almost hesitate to write about it. The deals I find here are nowhere in comparison to what I find in your regular Bath and Body Works locations.
I make it a point to come here once every three months and buy up a lot of their clearance stock. I am a man that loves to smell fresh and clean, so I am just as bad as the women who shop in here, buying up everything! They do have a men’s section, a small men’s section, but I never buy anything in it! lol! Don’t hate me if I like to smell like fresh lavender, pink chiffon or sea breeze. I haven’t met a female that has complained about it yet! ;)

I love going to this place and that’s coming from a typical guy that doesn’t like to shop!
I give my wife all the credit for introducing me to this place. Before I met her, I used to think that all body washes, hand soaps, and lotions were all the same. I was so wrong. Once I got with my wife (who was my girlfriend then), took me to a BB Dubs in Seattle, where I fell in love with some of various shower gels like Coconut Lime, Ocean, and Japanese Cherry Blossom. Of course for every flavor shower gel they also came in the lotion as well so that only made me love it even more!
Me and the wifey go here mainly when there is a sale, where we could save any where from 50 to 75 percent off not to mention bogo deals and coupons through email or text.
As for customer service, I havnt had a bad experience yet and that goes for every store we have been too! Memo to corporate, whatever customer service training methods you are teaching, keep it up! You will always have me and the wifey as loyal customers for life! I even tell other people about your products and highly recommend them checking you out!
So in closing, Bath and Body Works, don’t you ever go away or I will hunt you down and demand you make me all my favorite products!
