Horrible! Slow! I had a reservation and I am a Plus member (I rent cars about every couple of weeks, but had not tried this location yet). Took them 45 minutes to get me in a car. RUDE employee, and was rude to everyone I saw him speak to. Go to another location, or go to the airport (FLL) to get a MUCH better selection of vehicles and friendly faces too. I ended up taking what they gave me to the airport and switching out for the CORRECT class, and one that wasn’t making loud noises on the highway and smelled so bad I got a headache!

Worst service ever. I rent cars all over the world and this place does not even match third world standards. Even if you reserve online you nedd to wait over one hour and pray that a car is returned by a last renter. Plus the clerk blames you for there bad service. I gave it one star because you cant give less to post a review. I have never posted a revier before but I realy needed too on this one.

I tried to rent a car from here, i made a reservation and was told i would have a driver come pick me up about an hour and a half from the time i made the reservation the driver never showed up, i didn’t even get a call. I called the office around 5:30 the time i was scheduled to get picked up to see what was up. i stayed on the phone for 15 minutes no one picked up. I called again 5 mins later and i get a message saying the location was closed with the business hours. Now i’m stranded and I cant get a rental anywhere else. I guess leaving work 15 mins early was more important than assisting a customer in need… Great job Enterprise!

I was taking full advantage of the special weekend rate of $ 9.99/day rentals (Fri-​Mon), but now that rate deal is ceased until maybe April-​ish?
The service here is friendly and personable. I especially love Enterprise because it’s the only car rental service that picks you up and drops you off within a 5mi radius.

SLOW AS MOLASSES. If you have the option of going to another location, you should definitely do that instead. Once attended to, the employee was very pleasant. However, it really should not have taken as long as it did to just talk to someone.
