Little Caesars Pizza

This location illegally charges customers to use a debit card, under California Civil code 1748.1. no merchant shall impose a surcharge to consumers who use debit or credit cards in lieu of cash. I have told the employees this several times and they just look at you like your stupid and their only response is that Owner Glenn says to charge a fee. I have called their corporate office and filed a complaint. I will no longer do business with companies who willfully violate the law.

Waited all this time and nothing has changed. Still no Hot and Ready 3 meat pizza at 4:30pm, and still advertised on the door and the ordering sign. No chile pepper in stock either. Still charging more than advertised in the commercials, and adding $ 1 for ATM. Guy behind the counter says it is because they are a franchise store, and apologies for the owner making the rules.

We bought 2 deep dish pizzas one pep with sausage other pep onions and bell When they were done payed and went home. They forgot the pep on the one with onions and bell and cut the pep and sausage into small pieces Then my son tells me he seen one of the guys lick his fingers then pushed the pizza into the box. This pizza place sucks

No customer service at all! From the other reviews I think everybody agrees. I felt like I wasn’t welcome at all. What’s with the $ 1 for debit?!? 1 less store for

I am very disappointed in the service I receive here! The employees are not welcoming at all. They will look at you and not even acknowledge that you are even standing there.
I always call in my order before I go in. I go here quite frequently which is once a week almost. When I call in my order, I always have them repeat what I ordered so they have it right. My order has been wrong often when i pick it up.
Well this past Saturday, I called in my order at 645pm and I was told it will be ready in 10 to 15 mins which was fine. I had them repeat my order as usual and even made it a point to let them know it’s wrong most of the time and I asked if they can make sure the correct pizza gets made this time.
So I send my daughter in about 705pm to pick it up and sure enough my order is wrong again! At that same time she is told it will take 2 minutes to make another one. About 10 minutes later my daughter comes back and says, «they said 2 minutes but they have helped so many other customers and our pizza is still not ready». I watched atleast 5 other customers go in and come out with their pizzas and leave.
I go in and the first person I speak to is a guy behind the counter who had his hair in a ponytail. He was not very pleasant. I told him my situation and his excuse was, «we get busy». I asked him about all the other times that this has happened and when they are not busy and what is their excuse for that. He just shrugged me off so I asked for a managers contact info. That guy said the manager is here and asked if I would like to speak to him and I said yes.
The manager comes over and I tell him my situation that this has happened time and time again. He just apologized and said it will be 2 minutes. I told him my daughter was told 2 minutes about 20 minutes ago. He did not have anything else to say.
Finally at 737pm almost an hour later I got my pizzas and left! I understand that businesses get busy. But come on, 7 times that my order has been wrong. That is absolutely ridiculous! This business does not care about their customers.
I will be filing a complaint with corporate as well!

The $ 5 is not $ 5 it’s $ 7, I called the main office of Little caesar’s to ask about it and they said thats what they are recommending to all owners to sell it at that price but still it’s the prerogative of the owner to follow the price, Just like what other reviews says on top of it they charge additional $ 1 if you use your card. Tracy is the best you can use Card without charge and $ 5 is $ 5 anytime. Will never go back to this store. I’d rather drive far than to support this kind of business.

Called in an order tonight. We choose Little Ceasers for the price. They charged us 15.24. When we picked up we asked why is was higher. We were told it was because we called in our order rather than just going in to order. Word of advice: Don’t call in an order, they charge extra for that. Total bull.

NO $ 5 HOT AND READY after 2p.m. So, if your looking for that great deal might as well go somewhere else! A regular cheese «hot and ready» will cost you $ 7.62 including tax. And crazy bread is more then $ 4. Wings $ 6. This is hella ghetto. Not what you expect fr your typical little Caesars. OWNER GET WITH THE PROGRAM AND STOP ROBBING PEOPLE. What’s next pay $ 10 for a Big Mac at Mcdonalds. Ugh

The owner of this Little Caesars is freaking way over price, he adds a dollar to everything and another dollar for debit. My day there talking with Ruben (cashier) he was really cool and looked overworked. It was 103 today and they had no air and everyone in there was sweating, the owner should be ashamed of himself. And starting the 1^st of July he’s raising the pizzas another dollar because of the minimum wage increase, so the 5 dollar pizza (that this guy has never sold) will now be 7 dollar and don’t use your debit card because now it’s 8 dollars. I go to the one in Pleasanton a lot and there’s no fee and it’s what the TV ad says!!! 5 dollar pizzas!!! This guy needs to evaluate his lifestyle and maybe give back to customers and his employees!!!

I don’t believe there are any signs indicating a charge for debit and their lack of cc acceptance. The deep dish pizza is good. It can get pretty busy so I always call ahead.

This is the only Little Caesars I been to that charges a $ 1 fee for debit cards (which is illegal in California by the way) and they don’t accept credit cards. Plus they only give you half the sauce when you buy a Crazy Bread combo.

fast and fresh. young college and high school kids — make fast pizza and friendly service. well worth picking it up yourself.

Awesome service and very punctual. I obviously don’t have to tell u the menu but they do make their pizzas with quality at this Little Caesars

this little caesars has good pizza… and even better crazy bread.(freshly made) and so so cheap

Every time I need to fulfill my craving for pizza, i come here. Not only is it cheap, but I love their crazy bread. I’m seriously only here less than 2 minutes and I’m out with my food. Thank god they have a Little Caesars in Lathrop now so myself and other people won’t have to drive all the way to the one in Manteca.
