New Year’s Day. On our way from north Cal to South Cal, we blow a tire on our trailer. We put the spare on, but another tire was losing air, no matter what we did to try and fix it ourselves. After 4 hours trying to handle this and no one being open, we booked a hotel room. I found Jack on Unilocal and called.
He did not have our tires in stock and couldn’t get them until morning, which was fine. First thing the next morning, he called, came and got our tires. We had already placed our spare on the trailer but he noticed it was very old and already dry rotting. He made the suggestion to replace that as well, which we agreed.
3 new tires, 2 hours later and we were on the road! Jack was kind and honest. He never tried to up sell. When he explained the spare tire and his concern, he made sure to explain it to where we could understand and make the choice. His communication was constant and never did we sit waiting and wondering. Exact prices before he starts the job, no hidden fees! Will recommend him to anyone needing help in his service area.
