Wet Willy’s Car Wash

A few years ago I had a problem with this place-​the wash dispensed no soap whatsoever. Absolutely no attendant to be found and the phone # on the building did nothing. Out 10 bucks. Just let it go. Last week I decided to give it another shot, maybe they improved. Lets start with I selected the $ 14 wash and payed with my card. Got my reciept and they charged tax. If I payed cash, it would have been $ 14 even. Moved into the wash and the spray arm thats supposed to circle the entire car only went around halfway, thus washing HALF the car. Once again NO ATTENDENT TO BE FOUND and the phone number did nothing. Maybe I could atleast do the interior? WRONG. The air freshner vending machine ate my quarters. So I moved by the vacs. The spray air freshner took my quarters but was completely out of spray. The vacuum ate my quarters. So I got to pay $ 19.12 for a half washed car. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAPPY PLACE!!!

Convenient and does a reasonable job for a reasonable price.

Great place. Wash works great. Bought some washes in advance and the server was down. The man trying to fix it gave me a free wash no questions asked after I offered to pay. (Not to mention they were super friendly when i bought the coupons). Very happy customer!

This is a great car wash. It is kept immaculate, and it gets my car exceptionally clean.

I love this touch-​free car wash. From my experiences, it’s the best touch free in the area. The pressure of the water is stronger than most I’ve visited. The soap/​wax coating is also generous. My car comes out pretty clean for a touch-​less. I’d prefer this over a brush scraping the paint job I’ll continue to visit this car wash.

Touch-​free = not clean. At all. I read the other reviews prior, and expected something for $ 7. I should have spent it at Bella Napoli’s. At Willy’s there’s a timer on the air blower, but it’s not clear how you should position your car so that it doesn’t spot. I balk at regular washes at Hoffman’s prices, but now I know better. I’ll now gratefully pay a few dollars to have a HS or college kid wipe down my vehicle.

Not a bad deal, not as clean as I can get it myself, but I am also sitting in my car while it happens. Cars were washed fast and are now clean, not much else to say besides the name is a kick.

Please disregard the ridiculous name. I’ve been coming here to get my car washed for a while and I’ve been very happy.
A few things you should know: This is a touch-​free, automated car wash. No attendants to speak of. It offers the ease of a regular drive though car wash but without the faint scratch marks you eventually get on your paint. On the downside, a touch-​free wash never gets your car quite as clean as the do-​it-​yourself or drive through options. BUT they do have that awesome Rain-​X-​like wax finish, which means the rain just beads right off your windshield. Love it!
