My drink was well made but the service was terrible. My baristas name was Robyn and because of her I will not be returning to this location. We weren’t attended to right away even though there was no line and four others were working. We asked for a venti drink to be split into two which most places allow. She was stingy and responded negatively but complied. I specifically asked for a soy latte. While she was preparing the drink she poured in regular milk. Instead of apologizing when I addressed the issue, she responded and said that other ingredients in the toasted graham latte contained milk. I didn’t ask for a soy latte because I can’t handle dairy, I just can’t handle large amounts of heavy cream or milk. I asked for a soy latte again and she prepared my order as asked. The customer barista relationship to me is important regardless of the Starbucks I go to(I go nearly every other day). This Starbucks neither welcomed me not properly took my order when it wasn’t even busy. 2 stars for service.

After being let down by the other two Starbucks close to my office on British American, I had high hopes when this ‘Bucks opened. My hopes were certainly rewarded. The look and feel of this Starbucks is very soothing, they also just added outdoor seating. Plus, after being a regular there for only a short time, they know me and what I always order. My regular is often being made within seconds after I walk through the door. I will certainly remain a customer of this Starbucks and encourage others to go check it out.

New Starbucks in the former parking lot of the former Bowling Center, now being redeveloped into a miscellaneous retail strip mall. This one has an excellent layout, with a large rectangular area inside for seating. Which includes the comfy arm chairs recently subtracted from the Niskayuna Starbucks when they moved to their new building. They’re obviously breaking in some new staff but they’re doing fine with orders, considering. The inside features a larger open area for the pre-made food and bottled drinks, which is also welcome. There is a drive — thru which is basically only accessible now eastbound on Route 7, until they finish the development and connect the parking lot to an exit with a stoplight to allow the left turn from westbound lanes. So a «morning» ‘bux.
