I’ve purchased a couch and bed from Raymour and have liked the items(love the bed but the couch was ehh). I purchased extended protection on both items as well. When I call to have the issues for both items taken care of(ripped pillow/wood chunk coming out of my bed frame) I received 0 help. Even with paying for the extra protection I could not get either item serviced… But I could pay $ 75 to have my ripped pillow sewn. What did I pay for extra protection for? The rep I spoke to at the Latham store, Sarah Jock, was the most unhelpful person I have ever encountered. Obviously Raymour loves you buying their products but could care less about helping you once you have issues.
