This place has given me honest reliable service for years. I bought their 3 year alignment agreement and they happily honored it for three years. I also had them install a number of tires over the years that I bought at Tire Rack and had shipped there. Never a problem and they have been careful not to dent my chrome wheels. You sometimes have to wait and the waiting room is a little dated but in my mind it is the service that matters most.

Went there on Labor Day for new tires. I called ahead to make sure they were open and had the tires I wanted in stock. Tires weren’t in stock, but manager had them shipped from another store. When I got there, the manager told me they sent a different tire, but gave me the price of the cheaper tire. It took 1.5 hours for new tires and an alignment. When I got home, I reviewed my receipt for the mail in rebate and noticed they added $ 80 for a road hazard protection policy. This was never discussed with me. I went back the next day to get a refund. The same manager was working, recognized me and was shocked I wanted a refund for the hazard policy. He made the other employee give the refund and he went into the back room. He never came out to apologize. Seemed shady to me… but I did get my money back with little push back. I would recommend anybody double check their bill before payment.
