If this place is still in business… RUN! They are the most unprofessional«salon» I have ever been to. Found them on Groupon. I went every two weeks for lash ext refills. They always looked great the first day but would start falling out immediately the following day. Gina the owner was doing them for me and told me I was the only one having this issue and I must be touching them to much. I was there for every appointment without fail. But she would cancel my appointments or keep me waiting. Finally on my last apt. After driving 30 minutes to get there Gina told me she was still in Saratoga and it would be an hour before she got there. I was upset but said I had to wait because they were bad. 45 minutes later she texted me and cancelled. WHAT! Then had attitude when I got upset. That was over a year ago. I am writing this now because I decided to give it another try. I have found a great salon and guess what. My lashes last two to three weeks! The woman takes twice as long to do them initially, but a fill apt is quick! Don’t waste your money. This place is disorganized and the owner is unprofessional and a scatter brain.

So my first time here I waited 30 minutes to get my eyebrows done(with and appt made).I gave them a second shot, and I waited 30 more minutes, they kept telling me they’ll get to me. Done with that place, horrible service.

This place has an F on the BBB review, wish I would have seen that before I went in. There is never anyone at the desk. I got hair extensions put in, she said they would last 6 months, after 3 months, the hair was snarled and falling out. I ended up losing about half of my own hair and cutting 4 inches off. It was so damaged. So she ended up using my extensions on another client that didn’t have enough money to buy new ones. Then, she wanted to charge me overnight shipping and another shipping charge on the new extensions. She said she was using a more expensive/better brand, they were very thin and cheap looking and I wouldn’t let her use them in my hair. Since when does a customer pay for shipping and Fed Ex overnight shipping charges? I will never go back. It’s a very bad way of doing business.

Extremely unprofessional. I showed up at the salon for my hair appointment, and there was no one at the front desk. I waited for almost 5 minutes for someone to attend to me, and then decided to go to the pedicure area to the only working person there at that time. I was told to wait, which resulted in 20 more minutes, just to find out that my hair stylist is not coming. This place is so understaffed that there was no alternate hair stylist available, leave alone someone to sit at the front desk and take customer requests. I have also had very bad luck in calling up this place for any queries. Your calls usually go unanswered. In a previous visit here for one of the mani-pedi specials, I had another bad experience. The lady did an incomplete job on my nails and did a horrible job on the colors. In spite of this I had decided to give them a second chance. But after my 2nd bad experience, I’m never going back here. Even though they might offer a lot of deals, if you want quality service, I would NOT recommend this place.

Used a groupon for a mani/pedi a few weeks ago. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing ‘spa’ experience — this is not place. Be prepared for your stylist not to care, act bored while they’re doing the service, and tell you it’s not worth doing the service for the ‘groupon price’. A bit shocked at the lack of customer service. Be prepared to soak your feet in a bowl full of warm water(not bath salts or anything), a quick nail cut, roughly push back some cuticle, a little exfoliator scrub, and polish. No moisturizing lotion… no pedicure massage… no ‘nice to meet you!’…you get the picture. Save yourself some time and money. Mani & Pedi’s are not worth it.

I will go ahead and concur with the other reviewers. I bought a mani/pedi on Groupon. Unfortunately they don’t have many polish colors to choose from, perhaps because I didn’t want to pay $ 22 extra to upgrade to Shellac. I didn’t leave feeling relaxed. One of the stylists brought in her young daughter and she was yelling in the other room for half my appointment. I was offered coffee or tea but when I got my tea, they didn’t have any milk, only flavored creamer, which didn’t go so well with my English Breakfast. I was happy that Christina was able to use an app on her phone to charge my credit card for the tip since I forgot to bring cash; sadly, that was the high point of my appointment. ½ star for the manicure and ½ star for the spa. She laid on the polish so thick that it wouldn’t dry, and then without asking, furiously sprayed my nails with that freezing quick dry chemical, and they were all ridiculously chipped in 2 days. FAIL.

I went there for 90 minute facial I got off Groupon. After waiting for 30 minutes for my appointment I was finally taken back, only to be told the person before me was late but I would not be cut short. I think the front staff should have told me this, instead she was MIA most of the time. When I went back the room was okay, however not near as relaxing as others. While steam is usually used during a facial, it was not used during mine because it «had a bad smell». It was not relaxing as it was cold and you could hear the full conversations of the people right outside the room. The woman doing the facial seemed okay, however I am not sure I would pay full price for the service. To top it all off my time was in fact cut short to only 60 minutes. I would have complained, but frankly I did not want to spend any more time there. I think the other post are spot on, lack of communication and unprofessional.

Reception desk seemed to lack in communication as I was called back twice to reschedule my appointment by two different people. I was not impressed by my initial consultation, and was asked basic questions halfway through my cut. As a service I am paying for by a professional, I feel it is their role to discuss and offer their more knowledeable opinion with my desires and which will work best. I was most dissapointed by how my hair was styled and what I looked like when I walked out the door! Some product was put in, and some blowdrying was done but it was still quite damp, frizzy and I hated how it looked when i left. I was recommended by a friend who had a good expirience here, but I will not do the same.
