Window Bright Window Cleaning

Called last minute to see if someone could come out for a service the day of and they fit us in their schedule for the day. The person over the phone was very friendly as were the two men that came out to the house. The two guys introduced who they were and what company they were from and started right away. I have a few super high windows that a normal ladder can’t reach so that was the main reason why I had them come out. We just got done remodeling our home and needed all of the windows in the house cleaned and blinds dusted off. They did a fantastic job and worked for two hours. Will be contacting them again next time I need them done :) thanks so much!

I’m so angry right now. Normally would hate to even write this, but after being a customer for over 20 years, today I was called a liar. Who does business like that. Window Bright was supposed to come out to clean on a Friday. I was home all day. No one showed up. Normally I would have called to ask where they were, but I was sick and ended up just sleeping all day. I live in a guard gated community and never received a phone call or anything. Totally forgot about them for the next couple of days as I wasn’t feeling well and received a bill. When called to tell them that they never showed up, the girl on the phone said I was wrong and that they did come out. Instead of saying let me check and see what’s going on, she just kept saying that I was wrong, that she shows that they came out. I kept telling her that they didn’t and she kept saying we will have to send out an investigator. OMG, what ever happened to the customer is always right. How about shut up and tell me that you’ll find out what’s going on and call me back instead of just pissing me off.
I’m hoping that the owners read this and I get a phone call to apologize, but I’m doubtful that I will. Not only will I be calling all the people I know that use them, I will be finding another company. Shame on you and I suggest you train your phone staff on how to speak to customers.

We have been using Window Bright for a few years now. The are very professional — on time — and do a great job. Residential or commercial — I highly recommend them. We have a large house with many windows as well as a very high chandelier. They are in and out in no time. Probably the best in Las Vegas!
