Wilbanks Kitchen Design Center just remodeled our kitchen and we are so pleased. We went to Lowe’s and Home Depot for bids but Wilbanks had the best designs and prices. The installation team was great, got them installed in one day. The team was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Willbanks installed rolling kitchen cabinets for me. I had a problem with some of the shelves not properly installed. Buddy came over the day after I called and had my shelves installed correctly right away. Apparently the carpenter they used was terminated for poor work.

Great customer service! Designed our kitchen which looks beautiful! Then he took me under his wing to look for countertops. Found us a great deal. Then 8 years later I call him because we were having issues with our microwave and the cabinet that the microwave is installed in. (which Buddy did not install) The microwave repair guy couldn’t get it out of the cabinet due to a piece of the cabinet. So I called Buddy feeling frustrated because no body goes out of their way anymore to help and have great customer service. So feeling irritated to say the least I contacted Buddy. To my astonishment he remembered who I was! He came out to the house the very next day removed the piece of the cabinet that the microwave repair guy couldn’t do and said «call me when it’s fixed and I’ll come back and put the piece back in» like really? I was shocked! So needless to say that I will forever remember what he did! Not to mention again 8 years later! You Rock!!! Can’t thank you enough!!!

This is a great locally owned business! While remodeling our house we went in to work with Buddy for several things.
He helped us with our Master bath vanity, and it is beautiful! The workmanship of the cabinets is way above average! We love it!
He also helped us with getting some glass cut and put in for existing cabinet doors. And although I suspect this was more of a hassle than worth it to them, they did it with a smile and were so helpful though out.
Since LV is relatively new to us, while there I asked Buddy a bunch of other random questions regarding the renovation and where to buy certain things. He even helped with that!
This business is 100% committed to happy customers, and you really feel it! Above and beyond what is expected!

We had three bids for our kitchen and as it turned out all three were fairly close. When making our decision, it came down to quality first and foremost, and how we were treated before the decision. All I can say is they did a fantastic job; Cynthia and Buddy work great as a team! The whole project took a little longer than I thought but honestly, it was a pretty complex job. Ultimately, the result was definitely worth it. I would highly recommend Willbanks to anyone who is thinking about a kitchen remodel in the future.

All I can say is wow!!! They did such an amazing job on our kitchen and they were always available to answer any and every question we had. We also got a great price which, a lot lower than the quotes from Home Depot or Lowe’s. They did the whole kitchen in less than a week. We are very happy with their services and our new kitchen.

I had three bids out for my kitchen remodel. All three bids were comparable. It the end it came down to quality and customer service. Top notch customer service and great quality cabinetry. Very attentive and they all go the extra mile to ensure you get what you want.

Our condo had dated cabinets in need of replacement badly. Fortunately, we live close to the Willbanks. We stopped by and talked to Joe and made an appointment for him to stop by and give us an estimate. Their estimate sounded very reasonable and they commited to do the entire job from the start to finish. Today they finished the job and it turned up just the way we wanted. During the process Joe and the owner, Buddy were very helpful. The installer, Jeff was a true professional, working as neatly as possible. In my opinion, this is a top notch operation and I certainly would go back to them whenever I need a similar remodeling.

I decide to remodel cabinets in my home after 14 years of being here. After may hours of researching, I went with Willbanks Kitchen Design Center. They were friendly and very helpful from the beginning. Their professional staff was attentive, trustworthy, and patient.
