The staff is great. I always get a «Hello» and a «Thank You». They are very busy all the time but remain in good spirits and always deliver a smile. The purpose of this review is to say Thank You to all the hard working people at this location where I have been shopping for years and years. Keep smiling!

I only go to this location because it’s the closest to my home. Sadly, I do not do cocaine or meth cause otherwise, this would be a rad spot. It’s a creepy location to say the least. Try to walk quickly past the homeless party outside. Overall though, the people that work here are friendly. It’s also open 24 hours so if you’re jones-​ing for ice cream or need condoms at 3am, here’s your place.

Great shopping experience using just my iPhone 6 Plus. Walgreens Reward card has PassBook support and Wells Fargo is one of many banks that supports Apple Pay, a safe, secure and private way to pay with TouchID. Checking out was simple and quick.

The store is next door to a weekly. I would not advise people that are not used to a rough crowd not go to this store. There is always hoodlums hanging out by the front door. I feel like I might get robbed when I walk into the store. I do not know why they have security. All security does is hang out and lean against a rail or counter. I have even witnessed people stealing right in front of me and a employee cussing at a customer. On a good note, the pharmacy staff is for the most part professional.

So, the reviews about this being a bummer location because of the vagrants and prostitutes are correct. Once I came here and there was an escalating screaming match in the parking lot. I went inside quickly and told the security guard who responded, «ok» without blinking an eye or moving a muscle. However, the store is always clean and stocked and they’ve always had what I needed and wanted, so that’s what the middle of the road review is all about.

We needed meds and we got them asap. This walgreens has alcohol, wine, food, food court. Whatever you need they will have it. Friendly staff. Fast service. Open 24 hours. 6 cashiers. A pharmacy.

Having the ability to schedule online appointments for the Take Care Clinic PA’s and NP’s is a much better option for me personally. I have used their services three times during the previous 12 months and each time it has been a pleasant, informative experience.

We live in Los Angeles and always stay at Sam’s Town across the street when we come to town. Twice now we’ve had prescription emergencies where we absolutely had to get a refill from back in Los Angeles, and the pharmacy staff at this Walgreen’s has always been very helpful and efficient for us. My prescription was actually with CVS, but I needed the refill in the middle of the night, and none of the CVS stores in Vegas have pharmacies that are open 24 hours, at least that we could find. The store might be open, but not the pharmacy. This Walgreen’s also has a lot of great stuff to look at it in the store, and you can usually find a great souvenir, etc. And they are open 24 hours. The only downside is that there are sometimes odd people in the parking lot, and I wouldn’t feel completely comfortable walking into the store by myself at like 3am, but hey, how many places can you say that about anyway these days? We consider this Walgreen’s our home away from home Walgreen’s.

I stopped going to this location. There is always someone waiting outside to ask for money, cigarettes, a cell phone call, etc. this store is on my way to work, I used to stop here at least twice a week, then I got tired of the vagrants, beggars, and drug addicts harassing me.

Avoid this walgreens location at night! This is not the best area, located near several extended stay suites which is filled with crackheads, and prostitutes. At night there are sketchy people posted near the entrance constantly hustling you for money. If you need to make a trip to a Walgreens nearby, I suggest going to the Sahara and Nellis location.
