My review is for pharmacy only! This pharmacy is the worst of the worst. I’m fairly certain if an employee is hired for the pharmacy & they lack simple customer service skills, friendliness & are overall uncaring they are sent to work at this store. This isn’t my first complaint about this pharmacy & I should know better to fill medications here, sadly they are convenient & that’s why I return. After today, I vow never to return to this pharmacy.
A 3 hour turn around time is unacceptable. Period.
If you are reading this, save yourself frustration & choose another pharmacy.

I needed to get some ear drops and I found them in a reasonable amount of time. The store was in a great location, very clean, and had very friendly associates. It is like any other Walgreens in my opinion. I give it 4 stars because the price was expensive for the ear drops. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area in need of something.

The head pharmacist there, Willie (not sure last name) has bent over backwards for me in dealing with my insurance company about prescription authorization. Very understanding person unlike other Walgreens pharmacist’s at other Walgreens who were completely useless. Can’t get better than Willie or his staff at Farm and Durango.

Stopped by pharmacy at 5:56 pm. They are supposed to be open until 6 p.m. Yes, it was close to closing time, but it was obvious they closed much earlier. Could not pick up my prescription, which I’m completely out of & they don’t open early enough for me to take on time in the morning. There is always at least a 15 – 30 minute wait every time I go this pharmacy, they charge me more than any other pharmacy. They don’t take certain insurance cards. I was going to change pharmacies — but this is a good reason to switch now. I will not go back to this Walgreens – ever!

Stopped in to grab a birthday card and gift card for an afternoon party and was in there way too long. There was a long line at the only open register when we walked in and it never got any shorter. Customers kept coming in, but they continued to operate with only one register. They did, however, have a nice selection of gift cards and greeting cards.

Its Quick & Easy
They always have what I need. I have been in within the last few days and I am excited about the items they have titled (As seen on T.V.) Because some of these items were on my Xmas list. So, how cool is that? I was not looking forward to going to the mall to find these items. So yey for Walgreens! The staff are professional and I will return many times.

I’ve gone to a few different Walgreens Photo Labs in the area. This one is the best. The staff is friendly and gets to know their customers. They even called me once to make sure my order was placed right because I ordered a book with blank pages on purpose but they wanted to know if I was a where of the pages. Even when I took a disc in recently with a few pics of me exposed from a recent photo session I did, they were very professional about it and maintained my privacy.

I won’t shop here again due to poor service. First off I asked where product was and the clerk tells me isle 5 without even looking up. They have sale prices marked but don’t give you that price I realized after I already paid. And I give them $ 20 for $ 5.50 in merchandise and the cashier hands me back a $ 5? I had to show her the receipt and have her give me the correct change. So I sent a corporate complaint with my email and not even a response. WOW !
It may sound petty but they really don’t care.

This happened on two more occasions with the staff stalling, straight up lying to us in person about not having any notes in our file about needing diabetic supplies (AFTER SAYING THAT WE DID OVER THE PHONE!), and having us respell our name over and over and over. Even after talking to the manager about it and having his reassurance that this would never happen again. Guess what? It happened again. I’m taking every last prescription we’ve ever had through Walgreen’s to Albertson’s where they don’t discriminate or harass us in a clear pattern of malicious behavior. You’ve lost customers for life. Thank your staff.

Sometimes the pharmacy staff is a bit rough around the edges and they can be quite grumpy! I will say that the last few times I have been in there, they do seem to be getting better though :)

Great Walgreens. New to Vegas, used Walgreens in my old state. Went to this location because it’s close to home. Love that Walgreens has your information wherever you live. Pharmacy was so fast! I waited 5 minutes (inside) for my prescription. Pharmacy tech was very pleasant, professional and thorough.
