I’ve been using Vickie for probably a dozen years for my permanent make-​up needs. When my prior make-​up artist retired, she referred me to Vickie, so at least I was comfortable with the transition. I got my eyebrows done 10 weeks ago. This woman is hands down the best in permanent makeup. Period. I don’t write reviews and I am not liberal with compliments. She is delightful and skilled with a perfect eye for shape and color. She gives you a free touch up and makes sure you are completely happy and your eyebrows are beautiful. I went to Vickie to have upper and lower eyeliner and I could not be happier! I had gone 8 months ago to a place in Henderson for the same thing, but it looked like I had it done 5 – 6 years ago.
