havent been to this place, but have tried their cakes. It seems as if this bakery is a whole seller of baked goods. anyhow…We were looking for some cakes at Whole Foods in Henderson and came across small 3 inch cakes in a variety of flavors such as Red Velvet, German Chocolate, Black Forest, Chocolate Mousse, etc. I personally had the Red Velvet and thought it was pretty good. The frosting was on the sweet side which reminded me of Nothing Bundt Cakes frosting(too sweet for me). However, the cake was super moist and not dry like other places(Fresh & Easy). For a small cake, it seems to be enough for 1 — 2 people(depending on how much each wants) and the cost was $ 4.99. Not bad considering a slice of cake at a restaurant would be more. Personally, wanted to it to be cheaper, but being Whole Foods, hardly anything is on the cheaper side. I only gave 4⁄5 stars, because i like their cakes, but wasnt gaga over it. Had it been a flavor i truly enjoyed like a fruit type, i would’ve swallowed it whole, and maybe the 5th star would be given. I wish they had more unique assortment. Ricotta Torte, White Choc Raspberry or a Blood Orange cake are ideas that come to mind. Idk, maybe they do, but just not where i was at. In any case… when I’m at whole foods, I’ll make sure I look at their other cakes and sweets… the end, –jen
