Absolutely horrible. Order was late and wrong and it seems they use old flowers to try to get rid of them on the cheaper orders. Basically if you don’t pay for an order that’s worth hundreds then they simply don’t care about you or the product just your money. Over priced and tried charging me 25 dollars for shipping to the strip when it’s right down the road from them. I would try to to find a local shop that will work with you to keep you coming back instead of one that just wants your money. And a place that chooses quality over quantity.

I always go into this pick up flowers and their bouquets are always so beautiful I decided I wanted to have them do my wedding flowers. I went in and spoke with Tiffany(the manager) and she was amazing! The flowers/bouquets/centerpieces on the day of my wedding surpassed my expectations and my bouquet was gorgeous! Thank you so much for making my wedding day so special!

I was very happy with the service of this store. They have really good designers and their designs are excellent. At first I received flowers from my fiancé and I loved it so much so I decided to order for my mom and friends. And guess what? All the people who have received the arrangements were very pleased! I WILLRECOMMEND this florist to everybody! For sure I will use this florist for my wedding!

Today at 5:45PM I received a ‘replacement’ for the abysmal flowers delivered this past Tuesday. Ordinarily I’m quite understanding of the Murphy’s Law effect in life, as an event planner with nearly two decades experience spanning four states with floral budgets from $ 100-$ 10K+, I’ve seen lots of beautiful and not-so-beautiful products. The latter can usually be rectified as any error in business should be: — Take ownership of the issue — apologize sincerely — correct the issue — don’t repeat the offense Well, none of the above was applied in any way, and I’m flabbergasted. The ‘replacement’ flowers contained no roses, half of the sunflowers and lilies(one of the three, very small sunflowers included is dying) and was just a lackluster attempt to appease my husband, IMO. The(same) delivery woman was kind, but offered no apology; the business never expressed apologies to myself or my husband, and the second flowers arrived more than 24 hours after they were promised. So, 1* it is: with ample opportunity given to make good, they dropped the ball. Twice. I tried to write a review on the website, but the option was not available. I have been ordering from Vegas Flowers, when it was A French Bouquet and my office has an account there. They have always offered exceptional service and deliveries are always on time or ahead of schedule. However, lately, everytime I order a bouquet from the website it turns out BETTER than the picture! Normally you expect something similar but these arrangements, lately, have been out of this world!!! You’ve really made an impression on myself and those I’ve had flowers delivered to. It was a pleasure to work with Richard for my wedding flower. I planned the wedding long distance, so all of our communication with via phone and email. We told him what our budget was for our flowers, and he was able to help us think of ways to cut costs– like using less expensive large vases for our altar flowers, or omitting the hand sewn flower girl headpieces and using nosegays instead. After those, we were still a little over budget, so he offered to do it all for our budget price, including the delivery. This was such a kind gesture! Richard was great to work with! I would give him sporadic descriptions of what I wanted and he would be able to piece it together. The week before my wedding, I found out there was a change in ownership of the flower shop, but Richard said he would still be responsible for my wedding. That could’ve been awful, but it didn’t affect me at all. Richard made sure all parties were in the loop and it was very smooth.

I placed an order for delivery on a Monday afternoon to be delivered on Tuesday to my girlfriends office. A nice arrangement of white roses was on the website so I placed the order. The next morning at 8 am I received a call from the florist. He said that the roses came in that morning and he did not like the quality of them. He wouldn’t send out n arrangement with those flowers so he offered me choices of different colors. I chose lavender and the flowers came out better than I could have imagined. I definitely will be using them again.

I went in Friday to order flowers for a funeral on Monday. Around midnight, Saturday night, it hit me that I gave the wrong date and the funeral was actually Sunday morning, ten hours away! In a panic I called and left a message on how I screwed up the days. Richard called me at 8am and told me he was already at the store preparing to deliver my flowers because he had called the funeral home to confirm the date and they told him the right one. I’m extremely happy he took the extra step of actually confirming the funeral date so that my flowers got there on time!

I went to get an arrangement for my fourth wedding anniversary. The flowers were looking half dead the next day. I called and talked to the manager and she sent me a whole new arrangement. The new one was way better than the first. I am glad to see a business that makes everything right to keep a customer.
