Took a fantastic Tai Chi and Mediation class this past Saturday morning. My girlfriend and I were looking for a change from the gym. The space is setup as a Dojo with a large center area with a wall of mirrors so you can see yourself easily while practicing the postures and movements. There is also a greeting area as well as a strength training room in the back. Mike and the USSD staff handle their clients’ individual needs, pairing you with the right type of martial art practice. I am going to sign up for the Tai Chi weekly class and look forward to see what other classes I might fit well into.
Easily accessible and free parking as well! Nice area.
