I decided to check out this store despite the ignorant person on the phone, and I’m so glad I did. The sales clerk that helped me was so friendly and helpful. I regret not getting her name(Shorter woman, with dark hair in a bun, owns some of the«fancy loafers»). She was awesome, and gave me excellent advise on which pair to buy. I will go back!

If I could give this store zero stars I would. My mom received some ugg boots as a gift from my brother for Christmas. It turned out that they didn’t fit. We walk into the store going to Exchange them for a smaller size not return them and the Customer Service we received was absolutely terrible. The girl helping us called who I’m guessing was the store manager over to make a thorough examination of the shoes and was like we cannot resell these. So, we ask why? And he’s like because they’ve been worn. Ok, yes they have been lightly worn around the house when thy were given to her and never outside because they didn’t even fit! Basically said nothing we can do, sorry. I didn’t know that we were the only people in the world that tried shoes on and walked around in them to test the waters. Apparently you need to know your exact size and fit before purchasing these expensive boots. So, you’re telling me that not one person that walks into this store to buy or try on shoes doesn’t walk around in them. I would honestly never buy these boots ever again.

Disappointed. I wasted my time going to this location to use my birthday coupon in which the cashier didn’t even look at and refused it. She was quick to tell me it was only good for red tagged items only. Well fortunately for me I know how to read. My coupon had restrictions, but I wasn’t purchasing those items that were restricted. I should’ve spoken to the manager while I was there but I was very upset and I know I was not going to be professional so I purchased the boots anyway and left. I instantly called the customer service from the email and low and behold!!! The boots I bought WERE eligible for my coupon use so I ordered online and saved money. Now I have to inconveniently return the others ones to the store. Guess I’ll order over the phone from now on. Customer service over the phone was amazing and made things all better. ;) customer service gets 5 stars

My experience is not in the store but how they helped us over the phone for an exchange. My fiancé bought a pair of Uggs on sale at the Caesar’s location. When he brought them home as a gift they did not fit. We went to The Grove in LA to exchange them but they did not carry the same style. :(She said we could purchase them online but they would be full price! No thank you! So they called the LV outlets and got Nicole. She not only honored the sale price, but offered to ship them to me for free! Awesome service! The only problem, the associate at The Grove typed my address wrong! SMH. When I didn’t receive the shoes I ordered over two weeks, ago I called the LV outlet and got Danny, the store manager. He looked it up, saw the error and said the shoes were expected to be returned to them that day. He said he would slap a new label on it same day with my correct address and OVERNIGHT it. NOCHARGE. Thank you Danny and Nicole, you guys are great and the awesome customer service is much appreciated!
