I came across«Tone in 12» a little over a year ago through a friend of mine. Its a no frills gym with excellent equipment and a Master High Intensity trainer(Greg Kelly) who knows his stuff! If anybody wants a total body workout in less than 30 min this is the place. This is the most effective and efficient way to train to get results. I highly recommend it and wouldn’t train any other way.
