Too much attitude from the staff. Tamara, in the changing room area was particularly charming(not). I guess I’d be cranky too if I was folding clothes at an outlet mall. Just one thing to say: «bye Felicia.»

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. The staff here are very pretentious for no good reason. The way they treat customers is down right disgusting. You would think ensuring a customer is happy would be their top priority but it is not. I came shopping here one day after going on an all day shopping spree and I came to this location looking for a specific item I couldn’t find in my size. I had a question about the price difference and asked a manager SERGIOZUNIGA to double check with the other store. He rudely stated, this is the price I’m not checking any other store. You either want it or don’t! Say, WHAT??? I kindly walked myself and my wallet out of the store. I am a serious consumer of goods, so I can shop elsewhere. Seriously staff at Tommy Hilfiger Outlet, please don’t act as if you’re working in the Prada store. Because you’re not! Furthermore, the staff there even knows how to treat ALL of their customers.

Although I do like the merchandise, I found one of the employees to be very rude. He «caught» me taking a picture of a pair of jeans. He immediately approached me and told me that I’m not allowed to take pictures of any merchandise. I explained to him I was merely buying a gift for someone and wanted to make sure they would like it. He told me in a very accusatory tone that I should look for pictures online and then he wouldn’t stop starring at me, basically treating me like a criminal. I wanted to leave but I still made the purchase. At checkout, I asked the cashier about their policy and she told me that it is true; however when I asked to see if they had posted any signs alerting customers not to take pictures, they didn’t have one. I can respect the rules, but I don’t think it is reasonable to assume that one can’t take photos. So if you really don’t want people taking photos, put a sign up, and if you don’t have a sign, don’t be rude about it and treat customers like criminals. I know for next time, but there won’t be a next time. I’ll shop somewhere normal!

A lot of kids clothes. Prices are very good and a lot of «buy one get a second at half price». Staff is very friendly and helpful.
