Titan Roofing

Any repair has a minimum price of $ 350.00. The girl who answers the phone said that’s that. There are many companies who are more flexible on price and more honest. I’m going with Prestige Roofing, a referral, who didn’t give a minimum. I guess this company doesn’t need the business. That’s cool for them!

Recently we called Titan to look at an area that was leaking on a curved tile roof. They identified the problem and gave us a couple of options for repair. They came when they said they would and did the job, leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards.

We had a claim through our home warranty and they were quick to come out to give us a quote but said their start time would be 2 to 4 weeks out. I called them today to get an estimate (3 weeks out) on when they will be able to start work. Monica in the office sounded very annoyed I was talking to her. She couldn’t give me an estimated start date and said if we want to cancel with them go ahead. The area manager of my home warranty company was apologetic and said they will no longer use this vendor.
You think someone would be grateful to have business. I would give them zero stars if able.

Just got a new roof from this company. Yes, I read the reviews. Over the past three years I had quotes from three or four companies. Titan Roofing LLC was not the cheapest or the most expensive. They seemed to be right in the middle.
Not only am I pleased with the result, but the crew left my yard looking better than when they arrived. Picked up everything around the perimeter of the house. I had two layers on my roof – took them two days to do everything.
Very nice company to deal with, Great choice for a new roof, If you need a roof, give them a shot. No wonder I see their trucks everywhere! :-)

A strong rain storm caused me to call Titan roofing since water was leaking in our house. They sent a estimator out immediately who took lots of pictures. They emailed me the pictures and an explanation. This was helpful since I could actually see what they suggested needed to be done to fix the leak. I scheduled an appointment at my convenience. The roofing team showed up right on time and worked continually until the job was complete. Weeks later a palm branch fell and cracked a tile. They sent out David (extremely friendly and helpful) to replace the tile. We have not had any rain since the new roof, but it is guaranteed and I was told to call if any problems occur. I am not anticipating any issues. The office staff, roofers, David and the estimator were friendly and knowledgeable

I am born and raised in Las Vegas and I work in property management. I have used several roofing companies over the years and have not found a better roofer than Titan Roofing. I have used them for several different properties. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable they are always willing to take the time and answer your questions. The bids are very detailed and they provide photos before and after. The pricing is very comparable to other companies but the service by far is better. Once the job is complete the area is always left clean and debris free. I have recommend Titan Roofing to all my friends, family and colleagues.

I work for a real estate office and whenever we have need for a roofing company we call Titan. They are always able to get out to the property and get the free estimate back to me within a couple days, always including picks so things are easily explained to both us and the clients. The office staff is just as professional, always able to help me themselves or get me in contact with someone who can. Thankfully I haven’t had need for any roof repairs at my personal residence but if needed I wouldn’t hesitate to call on Titan Roofing.

My realtor suggested Titan for my leaky roof. The assessment was quick. The work was finished. It was explained what was done. The charge as suggested, $ 1100. The next rain storm, my roof leaked much worse. Another company called in. They showed me that Titan had basically done nothing. The work was shoddy. The problem was not solved, not close. The new charge 250.00. I no longer have a leaky roof. Prior, Titan was called to look at another potential problem At the time, I had no idea they had screwed me on the first job. This time the estimate was 600.00. We called another company for a second opinion. He told me that not only was there not a problem but also that my roof was as well put together as any he had seen. Titan apparently creates problems where none exist and do not fix the ones they are called for. As a bonus, they charge more than any other. DO NOT USE, EVER!!!

I got the referral from my neighbor. I had no problems making an appointment for assessing my broken roof tiles. They were quick, and called before they arrived, and they arrived on time. That part I liked. The guy did his assessment and said I would get an email for the estimate. I asked him about how much was he thinking. He said estimates are based on the neighborhood. That seemed odd to me. The same tiled house in the SW cost different than a job in the NW? Questionable in my opinion. 4 days later I still don’t have the estimate. I called them and after 7 minutes on hold with no one coming back to the line I hung up. I guess they don’t want the job. I don’t like having my time wasted, and having to be home so a guy can look at my roof without follow up is a waste of my time.
