«BEWARE THROTTLE PUNISHER SERVICE SUCKS» On 5÷25÷16, I brought my kids little dune buggy down there to get the throttle repaired and oil changed. I asked Luis to check the radio as it wasn’t working. His wife/​employee was there and told me it would be $ 30 for the oil change, which I thought was way to high considering it was less than 1 quart of oil to change.
Then 2.5 hours go by and my phone rings, it was the woman and she told me that it would cost $ 135, I exploded. She gave the phone to Luis «the owner» he was so Damm rude, he asked me if I had anything else to complain about and stated that «customers aren’t always right» in his store after I told him he had no customer service skills and no tact. This place absolutely sucks and is so Damm expensive, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
