This place makes me look good! I send flowers to my wife every year for our anniversary (along with other occasions) and I hate generic arrangements– I want her coworkers to be jealous and thimbleberry gets the job done every time! Better yet, they are so helpful and accommodating– they manage to ask me the right questions about my wife and then diagnose the perfect arrangement for her! Thanks for always taking such great care of me– I’m confident your flowers buy me more happy anniversaries and other occasions to celebrate!

Terrible customer service. Owner has no idea how to talk with people politely. If you’re planning on doing business with her, make an appointment, or else she won’t bother dressing with you.

I called and spoke with Jan wanting to send a nice floral arrangement to my wife for our 5^th wedding anniversary. Not knowing much about flowers, and tired of ordering disappointing pre-​designed arrangements from FTC and Teleflora, 1−800-FLOWERS, etc… I felt it was best to go local.
I explained what I knew of my wife’s tastes and gave Jan the dollar amount I was willing to spend. I then gave her free creative license, although she did ask me a few questions regarding the height I would like, i.e. Short and stout or more tall and less full. Well I wanted tall, but with the price I was willing to pay, close to $ 150 she said it would be tall AND full.
Delivery was made within 2 hours… FAST. My wife called and said she absolutely loved loved loved the bouquet. It had her favorite hydrangeas as well as some rare orchids. It was stunning when she brought it home.
I will never order from anywhere else ever again.

I used this florists for my mothers birthday. The arrangement of flowers looked like weeds. The arrangement did not match. Only one flower and the rest were filler stems. It was the most pitiful ridiculous arrangement ever.

A very nice custom shop. I came in not knowing what I wanted and found the staff nice and very helpful. If you need a quick custom arrangement, give them a try.

I called at 9 when they were just opening. Was in a hurry since I was a day late on my Anniv flowers lol. They were great and very helpful. I just basically said «here’s $ 100, make me something awesome and deliver them today.» They did just that! The wife got home and was all smiles. Everybody in the office loved em esp her. It was nice to see some exotic type flowers other than just red roses. They delivered them about noon on the same day! I have a new florist in my contact list! Thank u so much for making us happy!!!

Called in a phone order for my anniversary… When I arrived to pick them up they were ready, and beautiful. I will definitely be using them for future occasions.

I was born in Las Vegas and I’ve seen florists come and go. My mom was recently diagnosed with cancer and people have been asking me where they can order flowers from. I didn’t really know until yesterday.
Some flowers arrived that were so beautifully arranged in a small non traditional vase. More of a mason jar made of depression glass. The flowers were fresh and vibrant. The arrangement was not your traditional run of the mill style. There are hot pinks, bright orange and yellow flowers. The arrangement is small but beautiful.
So yesterday when I got another request for flowers I suggested they use this florist. Well the arrangement that arrived today left us all so pleased! They flowers are breathtaking! The vase today is short, wide and round. The flowers are set low and are full of beautiful roses and peonies! Oranges, yellows, purples and off white… such a gorgeous combination. The vase is full of flowers!
On both arrangements the cards are set in with ribbon, not some plastic stick. Just a very nice touch. I don’t know the prices on these arrangements but I will be ordering from here next time I am in need of something special!
The key with these arrangements is that they are not your typical ones sold by your «ftd» or «1−800−…» sorta florists. They appear to be personalized in a sense. There is some sort of added touch! I feel like maybe I need to order myself an arrangement just to see what else they come up with

These gals are the BEST!!! This is a long overdue Unilocal review! I found Thimbleberry House on Unilocal when looking for flowers from Santa Monica in Las Vegas. It’s always a gamble when using vendors who you don’t get to visit in advance, but Unilocal was good to us.
First, we had a limited budget to put together some over the top flower arrangements for a huge rock and roll style Vegas party… they made our 2k look like 20k worth of flowers.
The owners Jan & Joy went out of their way to make sure that we had extraordinary seasonal options and magnificent arrangements. They also pulled together very last minute request for a rock star bouquet and sent me multiple flower options for my hair (which they threw in for free!!)
On top of everything, I was blown away when Jan and Joy personally came to help set up our arrangements. They knew that we had limited time to set up or even see our venue in advance so they made everything very flexible and spent so much time and attention adjusting things to make the space come to life. This personal attention was appreciated and so very special. We received so many compliments and comments from our guests about how «amazing» our flowers were. It’s a slippery slope with tropical colors and I fear had we gone somewhere else they could have easily been tacky, but these gals NAILED it! Stunning!!!
Lastly, we also ordered a few individual floral arrangements for some of our guests individual hotel rooms, these were also beautiful and I can not believe what we got for what we paid, again, really above and beyond.
Be it small arrangement, bouquet, or huge over the top party arrangement — these ladies can do it. So happy to have found them, can’t wait to use them again!

WOW!!! For once in my life I am at a loss for words because I am so impressed with everything this shop has to offer! As a person who dated a florist for many years, my background with ordering flowers has never been ideal because I know the difference between fresh flowers, creativity, and someone that just picks whatever is available. Usually when I say which flowers or fillers I do not want ordinary florist will just add those in, the arrangements never look like the pictures you see online and the flowers rarely ever last longer than a couple days.
Let me just say this is not one of those places that do not have a clue, their arrangement I asked for was nothing less than AMAZING and I was impressed with the fact that all I had to say is I wanted something tasteful, what my price was, who the arrangement was for, and what I did not want in them. What was produced was this beautiful piece of art. The best part is I received a text message which included a picture of this arrangement and I could not have been more happy!
The customer service at Thimbleberry House is by far the best experience I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! I wish all florists were this amazing!

My favorite shop for home décor, and their fresh flowers! It’s so awesome that they cut and wrap fresh flowers right before your very eyes for pretty decent prices (even though it’s a bit pricy) I also come here for their Lemon West candles but I guess they aren’t selling them anymore… So I have to get them online now :(

Great looking place. Nice, quiet, efficient people. Bought 3 roses for a reason; treated me just as if I bought a dozen bouquets. These red roses were the biggest, most beautiful I’ve ever seen in my life and I’m 64.

It is always a gamble when you send flowers from out of state, but I was so excited to use this company based upon the Unilocal reviews and the fact they would send a text photo prior to delivery, along with your receipt. Well the day the flowers were to be delivered no text on the flowers… so bummed because I wanted something very special for my moms 75^th birthday!
Made a follow up phone call a couple of days later and inquired about the issues and they said they could text me my receipt-​humm thanks ???
Did no seem to care about the photo of the flowers that they did not send nor did I receive an apology.
Felt as they could of cared less– hope mom aka granny as my sons calls her liked her 90.00 flowers–

So glad that I stopped in to this adorable family owned shop in Village Center while planning a small dinner party for my Mom’s birthday. During an in depth consult with owner Jan, we discussed the dining room, table size, Mom’s favorite colors and flowers and my preference for non fussy floral arrangements.
Jan showed me some of her beautiful designs on an IPad, and a variety of containers that could hold the two 30″ long and low centerpieces I was seeking. She suggested a rose with an orchid with greens secured by chiffon as favors; I left feeling confident that we were on the same page, and couldn’t wait to see what they created.
The pictures I posted do not do justice to the stunning arrangements and favors that were already delivered and placed on the table when I arrived at the venue. Even the restaurant Manager remarked how stunning the flowers were, and I gave him one of their cards.
Planning many events makes me nitpicky about every detail and Thimbleberry House exceeded every expectation I had for creativity, quality and value. Our guests were very impressed, too. I’ve found my go to florist, and absolutely love that they are an independently owned family shop besting the corporate options by leaps and bounds. Thank you, ladies!

Love coming here for fresh flowers! I cannot wait until October when its Peony Season. The sweet lady who im assuming is the owner is always helpful and polite. Their flowers also last a lot longer then the ones i used to buy at whole foods. this is the perfect little summerlin flower shop.

Excellent service, great arrangement, and fast delivery! Doesn’t get much better then that! Will be using them again.

This morning about 9:30 I decided to send my sister a pre-​birthday boquet from California. I called Timbleberry House, based on their Unilocal reviews and the ordering process was very easy.
I asked for a boquet in the $ 70 price range, including delivery charge and it was received by my sister just a few moments ago. She was in love with it and sent me many thnaks by text messgae and Facebook post.

I needed flowers for the GF’s birthday and consorted with the Unilocal app on my phone to find a flower shop in the area to visit after work. Thimbleberry popped up and seeing the consistent 5 star rating… done.
My confession is as follows… My name is Paul W., and I am a bad BF. Though I have visited florists (very few) in my past, My most recent purchases have been at grocery stores. I know about as much about flowers as I know about nuclear physics… done.
I rolled into Thimbleberry after work. When I walked in, I was promptly greeted but a tad confused as there was really nothing visible to look at aside from a some vases and flowers in a bucket, granted it was 6:30’ish in the PM.
I was asked questions such «What kind of flowers would you like?» and «How much would you like to spend?» I had an idea on the money but no idea on the flowers. I said. «Let’s start with how much for delivery?» after asking what were my options a few times. Once that was settled, I through out a price. I was told they could put something together that would be «Magnificent.» They told me they would text me a picture, I paid and was out…
The next day I waited in nervous anticipation after expelling the the previous nights experience to the fellas and few ladies in the work space.
In the afternoon the text came. Given the picture it was hard to tell what was going on. There was many a thought and opinion bouncing around between me and everyone I showed it to.
I was unsure of the delivery and was texted almost immediately about the time it was dropped off at the GF’s office. Satisfied, I waited for the GF to let me know she had received the flowers.
When the text arrived I was happy with the happiness the GF was experiencing. She said that her co-​workers loved them. This included a former florist which critiqued the work and liked it very much.
When the GF brought the flowers home, my breath was. dare, I say… taken away. The arrangement was indeed…“Magnificent.”

Our wedding flowers were GORGEOUS.
I met Jan and Joy at a bridal show and immediately liked them. Their display was beautiful, natural-​looking, and exactly what I had been looking for. This mother-​daughter combo made us feel comfortable and worked with us to achieve the look we wanted.
The biggest thing I loved about them:
Our first estimate was much more than we were willing to spend. My fault, because they had no idea what our budget was — I forgot to tell them! It was NO problem getting my quote down to something more realistic for us, without cutting the big things we wanted. They helped us incorporate decorations we had been working on for months and multiple ways to save money.
The colors and flower choices they picked were unique and exactly what I had imagined, but even more so. The pictures my photographer captured with the bouquets and boutonnieres, etc. were absolutely gorgeous.
On the day-​of, they set up everything, using the decorations we had left for them and what they planned on bringing themselves. I wish I could add a picture here because our centerpieces were to die for. Simple, elegant, and perfect for our backyard wedding. Not having seen it before the festivities began, it was the first thing I noticed when we arrived. They also worked with our caterer to make the food display pretty, and our cake girl to add succulents on our cake (as previously planned). An out-​of-​state friend of ours joked about the decorations, «We will never have anything this nice when WE get married.» For our situation, they made a beautiful quality display within our budget and helped us achieve a look that looked way more expensive than it was! :D
I should also add, the deliveries to the church were organized, labeled and on-​time!
