I’ve been living at the Wyatt for 4 months now and I love this place. Very modern feel with great neighbors and a very helpful staff. When i first moved in i had a few things going on and they were more than happy to help out. I lived down the street at Cantera for 3 years and I have to admit the Wyatt blows it away. The only thing that i can say isn’t the best is the garage’s. Not enough availible because its a brand new spot and i got one of the last places left so I now have to park my motorcycle outside. Other than that the Wyatt is a great experence and I reccommend it to everyone.

These aprtments are some of the best I’ve seen around town hands down. Not just because of there luxurious layouts and wonderful décor the staff is hands down some of the most helpful and overall friendly people I’ve met. If I have an issue or problem I literally am made to feel like I’m the only resident in the whole place(which I am 1 of many!!) They are quick with responding to my issues and even quicker to solving them. I haven’t had many but even my little things or even just questions they are so helpful in getting me the answers I need. The manager Jed is awesome! You can tell he has a wonderful repor with his staff. Overall I would recommend these apartments to everyone. But don’t take my word for it I recommend coming in meeting the staff and seeing these apartments for yourself. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

The apartment itself is fine. Brand new, nice furnishings and good design. HOWEVER, the people that live here are terrible. I’ve now been threatened twice after asking people to move out of my parking spot. I don’t feel safe, and I would never park a nice car here either. I’ve needed to get a security system installed in my apartment, which is the first time in the seven years I’ve lived in Las Vegas. Also, management essentially gives people 48 hours before ever towing anyone from your spot. So, I’m at a loss as to the point of assigning parking spots in the first place. Especially because everyone living here is an entitled jerk with questionable means of income i.e. they’re always here and don’t care if a parking spot is or is not assigned, only that they don’t have to walk. Lastly, the Wyatt started moving people in without the complex being finished, so the pool has not been usable and they’ve repaved the complex in stages, which is a HUGE hassle. Overall, I’m unimpressed with how things have been managed as well as their lack of candor about the state of completion. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.

LIKES: I like the hardwood floors, however, it does come with a $ 50 monthly fee. I love the dark wood doors. The lights looks modern but the lighting in the ceiling fans are a little too dim for my liking. The kitchen sink is also very modern. The stove is electric. My favorite part of the house is the rainfall shower. The community offers a theater for its tenants which is pretty cool. Bring your laptop or DVD during office hours, they’ll give you the keys, and you are good to go! It’s not a 24 hour thing though, it’s only open during office hours. DISLIKES: APARTMENT: 1. I HATEHOWTHERE’S BARELYANYSTORAGEROOMINTHEAPARTMENT!!! The cabinets are too small you can barely fit anything! The walk-in closet only had 2 small shelves! The pantry is small and all the other cabinets in the kitchen. 2. The apartments comes with a HISENSETV. They say it comes with the rent but what they actually mean is yes, you are paying a monthly fee for the TV so yes, it does come with the rent. I’m not really sure if the TV is optional because when they called to ask me where do I want to install the TV that comes with the apartment, I immediately got excited, because I get a «free TV», signed the papers, and told them to install it in the living room. When you read the paper that they let you sign, it actually says there that it comes with a monthly fee. 3. The washer sucks! Everything is manual and it does not wash well if you have a large load. For the price of the apartment, you’d at least expect a decent washer! Oh, and it came with the wrong manual. The model in the manual is more hi-tech than the washer you actually get. COMMUNITY: 1. You get an assigned parking but each household can only be assigned for 1 car. So, if you have 2 cars, you’d have to park your 2nd car at the uncovered parking space, which is not that many compared to how many cars there are. You’d literally have to search and fight for a parking spot. What if you have a party and you have visitors?! They should just allow all registered car to park anywhere they want. 2. You pay for rent and you expect to enjoy the community amenities, right? Well, they opened in MAY and I moved in in MAY and until now their pool area is still closed(among other things)!!! 3. I already mentioned the parking hassle and in addition to that, they would close a huge section of the parking lot so that they can strip and put asphalt on the road. So, where did all the cars from that side of the building go? On the other side, fighting for a parking space with all the residents that lives on the other side of the building. I mean, why wasn’t this done before they started renting out the apartments?! Overall, I am not impressed with this apartment. I wish they had everything DONE and TAKENCAREOF before they started renting out the apartments.

DONOT judge a book by its cover! beautiful new apartments however in the few months I’ve been here I’ve dealt with many issues with the ownership team behind the leasing department. They are told to lie to potential tenants about the pool being close to being opened. I moved in over 3 months ago and was told the pool and other amenities would be opened within a month. they keep lying about it, even now that summer is over. no construction, just the pool with water in them however not allowed to use them. they always have new excuses being given by WESTCORP. someone stole expensive furniture gems from a neighbors front door as well. Not blaming the leasing office they are just being told what to do. which is to lie. last I heard the pool won’t be open until October, although there is water and chairs and pools ready already.
