If your looking for a delicious place to eat then the skillet is definitely what your looking for. The green chile pork tacos are to die for. It is in a great location right in between old town and highlands university. The food truck atmosphere is amazing and the artwork is fascinating. Stop by as soon as you can because seats fill up fast.

Looking for a different in little old Las Vegas. The Skillet is it. The food is beyond amazing here. I’m a little embarrassed to admit this but my husband and I eat there sometimes twice a week. Tacos, fresh chips & salsa, taco boats, burritos, and so much more. The desserts are fantastic as well. This place is a must try.

We had been looking forward to eating here for a while. We started with ribbon fries as an appetizer, always a treat. I had the pleasure of dining on the fish tacos and my partner had the Carne Asada tacos. My mom really enjoyed the Green Chile Pork tacos. The portions were hearty and the prices were fair. Located between Old Town and downtown Las Vegas, it’s convenient to NM Highlands University. The desserts looked delicious, although we didn’t sample them this time around. For a small town, Las Vegas has several great dining options. The Giant Skillet can hold it’s own among these local institutions.

Stopped here with a group while on our way to Roswell and lunch was awesome. I had the carne asada and chicken tacos (unfortunately they were out of pork when we got there) and chips and salsa, all for around $ 8! Great efficient service and fun ambiance (we ate on the bus parked next door). I would definitely stop here again.

Wow!!! Had their 3 taco plate, Carne asada and my wife had their bacon breakfast burito. Great little find, you have to make it to this place! We will be back again, from Vegas, NV. :)
