The first time I painted pottery was in Mexico at a resort and it was so much fun. I’ve been meaning to do it again but never made the time for it.
Well, I finally did and came here. The staff were friendly, nice and informative and gave me a run down of the process. I was there for probably 2.5 hours decorating one piece (I messed up a couple of times).
What you do is:
1) pick out a piece you would like to paint. They have decorative objects, plates, cups, etc.
2) wipe it down with water
3) pick out your paint and décor stencil if needed
4) paint your piece the way you want
5) done — pay for the piece and decorating fee
6) when they call you, pick up your piece
This is a great gift idea because it’s comes from your heart and your own two hands.
