The Pigeon Specialist

Called to schedule an appointment. Guy told me that I will get a call back in a few hours the same day to make the appointment for an estimate. Didn’t hear anything back till the next day. Scheduled the appointment for a technician to come in 2 days later. 2 days passes and didn’t see or hear from them at all. Finally a week later, Scott shows up to the home unannounced to do the estimate. Gave me an estimate in which I accepted and he told me that they can come back sometime that same week to do the job after I sign the authorization form. He told me that he will email me the authorization form later that night. He didn’t email it to me till 2 days later. When I received it, I signed it and emailed it back to him. Now it has been a week and I haven’t heard from them at all. THIS IS THE MOST UNRELIABLE COMPANY EVER. DON’T USE THESE GUYS AT ALL!

The technician traveling northbound on the 15 on 9−3−15 at 5:10 PM is going to eventually kill someone with his wreckless driving.
It was a grey ford truck with a logo on the back and this guy was driving like a bat out of hell. He had to have been going at least 90 and weaving in and out of rush hour traffic. He narrowly escaped clipping my back bumper.
Mister, please, I’m begging you-​slow down before you kill yourself or someone else!

Scott’s the man! My A/​C went out and the A/​C company refused to work on it because I had dead pigeons in my unit. They gave me a great deal and helped me out a lot so I could speed up the process of getting my A/​C fixed. They called me and talked to me pretty much every step of the way to let me know what is going on and sent me pictures of the after product. Scott is really great and friendly and has a great personality. Kathy and Barry were also helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs help with anything that has to do with pigeons.

Did a good job on installing the netting and removing old spikes. However, left a massive amount of nails, tacks, and random metal pieces all over my driveway (probably found 15 – 20 pieces so far). Four days later I’m still finding metal pieces sharp enough to puncture a tire. Would have appreciated proper cleanup especially given the price. Told the secretary and never heard a word back. Otherwise they were fine.

I worked with Scott on this, and he’s legit. I initially had some work done to install bird spikes on some ledges and cross beams and it was done quickly and at a fair price. I then had another need for some netting to prevent pigeon access to a ledge. They again came out quickly and at a good price, but I wasn’t 100% satisfied as the metal attachments looked very noticeable and my discussions with Scott emphasised the need for a ‘low profile’, blended look. After another couple of calls, Scott sent his team out to paint the metal attachments and it looks much better. A pretty solid company, and I’d call them again for any more work.

My HOA recommended The Pigeon Specialist. I talked to Barry about my problem with some pigeons, he was very understanding and had a few different directions available to go. We set up an appointment for a free estimate. We discussed different options and after giving me knowledge of what pigeons do and what each option does, we came up with a good solution for a very FAIR price! I chose a heavy duty cage wire, not a netting or chicken wire. The workers came on the assigned day and knocked out the troublesome spots. The workers were very polite and attentive to any concerns I had. I had 1 question and they resolved it even though it was not necessary for the job. That’s customer service!
If I have any issues over the next week or so they will return to resolve. Again, customer service!
