Twice within one week I had stunning flowers delivered, the first was hampered only by my hesitance to actually answer my phone without knowing the number calling me. The photos do not do justice to the beauty of the flowers, and both the roses and tulips lasted nearly two weeks!
At the time, I was living in Las Vegas, and my better half was in AZ. He was concerned about flower quality, and just as over the moon as I was with his selections when he saw the pictures. I’m also very pleased that they called to verify someone would be home to accept delivery; I’ve had poor experiences both receiving and sending flowers via «Big Box» companies which did ring and runs.
Since my folks are still living in LV, I’m
sure I’ll be ordering from them again. True gem.

I used to work for a major florist, in the customer service department, so I understand completely the work that the shops do and how busy they ate this time of year, and have worked with many florists nationwide, and have a lot of respect for what they do. I went un today, for an arrangement for another occasion and the first person I spoke with was very nice and cordial, and I would have been alright with them having nothing available, however the the other woman was very angry, rude and disrespectful, downright hateful in fact. I just wanted something in pink, even small, for the birth of my granddaughter would have been fine. But the lack of willingness or any courteousness by the 2^nd woman, I am not fine. They are busy this weekend, but they could have made a better impression for a possible future purchase if the rudeness did not occur, with some kind of can do attitude for a little something in pink, would have really made difference. I would like to apologize to the other florists there for working with someone with a negative attitude. Normally I order my arrangements online. I will continue to find a great local florist in this area, but would not recommend them!

Went into the store on one of the busiest days of the year… Valentines day! Needed to order a last minute flower arrangement for a funeral service for the next day. As busy as they were the staff was amazing and helped me with a beautiful arrangement that was twice the size then what we had discussed… Thank you for the great service and for going out of your way to help. Super! highly recommended!
