Been there twice now, once was late evening and the other mid afternoon. I had a chicken salad and the tomato Florentine soup, both were delicious. I had the nachos on the second visit and I liked them as well. No problems with service that others have mentioned. My husband got the baked chicken, however, and it was lukewarm and served with cauliflower that was quite awful. Too bad, I would have given four stars on my choices.

No complaints here. It is your basic diner in a casino. I got breakfast(pancake tower) and coffee. It came out fast and hot and tasted good. I thought our server was very attentive and friendly. They sat us at the back near the windows so we could look out at the pool, which was way nicer than the casino seats up front. It worked!

We had no wait to get in at 10:45am on a Monday morning. Walked right up and sat down. Or server was pretty nice, too. Came back and checked on us several times. The food was good, not the best I’ve ever had, but certainly not bad. I forget what they called it, but I had the 2 eggs, hash browns and toast, with the added sausage patties. My only real complaint is that the hash browns could’ve been a little crisper. All around an a-okay experience. BTW, we really love Phở but I was honestly a little scared to try it here. The smells emanating from the kitchen seemed like they had Phở, but didn’t smell like good Phở, if you know what I mean.

The hostess Katheryn was a total fucken rude bitch! She has a bad attitude and a problem with her eyes since she kept rolling them. The food was good but the bad vibes from the hostess made this a bad experience. Hopefully next time she’ll have a better attitude and make this a more pleasurable dining experience.

If you’re hungry and you’re at Treasure Island, make this place your LAST choice! First of all it’s way too expensive for what it is. $ 16.00 for a B.L.T? Are you serious? So I ordered a cheeseburger. It comes with lettuce, tomato, two burgers and fries. I was expecting the waitress to ask me how I wanted it cooked but she didn’t. When I asked why, she told me that they don’t ask anymore because the pattys are so thin they always come out well done. When I got the burger it was tasteless… salt, pepper, ketchup… nothing helped. So I finished my $ 4.00 small glass of Pepsi and left. Never again! Totally should have gone to Gilley’s instead!

Do not waste your money. Terrible service. We had 3 orders of toast and they gave them on one plate. Waitress was so rude and did not provide any service what so ever.

The other reviews are right about the mediocre service and long wait to get in. Sitting here now in a half empty restaurant with a long line to get in. I arrived at 6:15 am and got right in. People have been waiting on average 15 – 20 to get seated. I’ll be hiking to the Pepper Mill the rest of my time here.

The honey walnut shrimp and beef chow fun was so good and the service was great there were so many people complaining while we were there about stuff being spicy. I guess wussies don’t like authentic good food.

The wait probably should have been a deal breaker because we could clearly see empty tables. Regardless we decided to stay and eat and that resulted in us ordering Beef Phở, Beef Bahn Mi, and Chicken fried rice. The wait wasn’t too bad and when the food came out it was hot. Everything was okay but nothing to write home about.

I went to this restaurant because I was so hungover I wanted a steaming bowl of phở. However, once we got there, to my dismay, they did not serve phở before 11AM. I know what were we doing up before 11AM anyways especially after a long night of partying in Vegas? The answer… We had to drive back to Cali and we wanted to avoid the traffic madness. So we decided to eat the breakfast menu instead of the much needed phở. I sat down, looked at the menu and I knew I wanted the eggs Benedict. When the eggs Benedict came out, I thought geez this does not look so appetizing. Maybe it’s better than it looks… Boy, was I way wrong… This is by far the worst place I have ever gotten an eggs benedict. The eggs benedict’s hollandaise sauce was so thin and had an odd flavor. It wasn’t creamy and fatty like I am used to. The eggs were way over cooked. The eggs were poached hard. When I cut through the egg it was literally a hard boiled egg. Like what the heck? That’s the worst thing ever. The ham was deli meat… Oh my, what a fail. Although their eggs Benedict was gross, I think I would go back for their phở one day… But now I know I have to go here after 11AM.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Worst service ever and my order was wrong. The waiter acknowledged it was wrong and basically told me it is what it is. Asked for the manager and he had even worse customer service skills. Came here because it was the only place open at this hour, should have gone to bed hungry. Don’t waste your time, just go buy crackers, it’ll be an overall better experience.

This is quite literally the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. We waited in line to get seated for 30 minutes when we could clearly see open tables available. Once seated, the drink and food orders took forever. Our waitress only checked on us one time throughout the course of our meal. So much for those bottomless mimosas! The phở was absolutely terrible. Basically undercooked noodles in hot water. The prices were outrageous. Maybe double what one would expect to pay elsewhere. We came back again for a late night snack(apparently I hadn’t had enough punishment). I ordered the BBQ pizza. When it finally came, it was cold. Basically just a piece of bread slathered with BBQ sauce and raw red onions. I ate a few bites and gave up.

We were staying at TI during our recent visit and we went here for breakfast purely for the convenience of it. We were looking for vegetarian recommendations and the wait staff did their best to give us suggestions and were able to get the chef to make a simple sandwich with cheese and tomato for my parents who are vegetarian. We ordered pancakes, a fruit bowl and the mushroom spinach omelette. Everything was tasty but nothing spectacular. While the wait staff was helpful in picking the food, they seemed to forget us when they had to ring in our payment. It was ironical as the waitress had provided our check quickly saying that she wanted to make sure we could go out quickly if we were in a hurry to start the day off. Overall, average experience

Unless you’re desperate for Vietnamese wannabe food on the strip or don’t know a better hangover cure than phở, come here. Otherwise, treat yourself a trip to Vegas Chinatown for better phở with cheaper price! Location(4): This restaurant locates inside Treasure Island. It’s right by the path to the lobby and concierge. The restaurant is spacious because it’s a joint restaurant between the Coffee Shop with American cuisine and the Phở shop with Vietnamese cuisine. However, the Phở menu isn’t available until 11am. This restaurant is the only restaurant on the strip that serves a full menu of Vietnamese food. If you want to have phở at a buffet, I know the Bacchanal has it! Service(2): If you stay at Treasure Island, you can order food from this restaurant and they would charge some fees for it. Inside the restaurants, most waitresses are hnmmm… not the friendliest type of people! I once saw a waitress pouring water and hot tea on the table wetting the guest’s Iphone. She walked away with a bad attitude and never came back to help the guests clean… I was lucky that I was not that girl who had to go through this. Precaution: If you want to have hot tea, they will only serve one teapot per person and give you an attitude if you ask for an extra cup to share with your loved ones. Who does that?! Well, they do :( Food(2.5): Since the restaurant offers two menus, you can order whatever. For breakfast, we ordered the chicken wonton soup from the Coffee shop menu since phở isn’t offered until 11am. Overall, it’s edible. For dinner, we tried the beef noodle, rice dishes and the chicken curry noodle. The beef noodle was the ONLY legitimate dish out of all the dishes we tried. Cos they charge around $ 13/beef phở, the size was HUGE! You can easily share among two people. With the rice dish, their marinated pork chop is not very good… I’m sorry but their attempts to make Viet food doesn’t deserve the price they charge me.

After the Rock n Roll Half of a Half Marathon we were hungry and didn’t want to go too far so we ate at the coffee shop, ordered chicken with glass noodles soup, beef phở, open faced turkey, green salad and All American breakfast and the portions were hefty! Service was good and friendly and my fellow diner said the phở soup was tasty and authentic. So for some good comfort food in the Treasure Island Hotel, The Coffee Shop makes the grade!

I wouldn’t come here optionally but if it’s 2 in the morning and the rest of your group is incapacitated to walk anywhere but your own hotel at TI, then this is the spot. My friend was craving the steak and eggs(which came with toast and hashbrowns). This was about $ 20+. The steak itself was cooked medium rare as requested but was severely bland– I’m not too privy on adding salt to my steak after it has been cooked. What made this trip quite unpleasant was the long wait. 4 out of 5 people at the table fell asleep(I survived!). I thought things could have moved along, but not sure if me being tired made me more impatient. Nevertheless, I would avoid unless you don’t have any other choice!

Located within treasure island. It’s an odd combo a phở shop and coffee shop. I only ordered a Cobb salad $ 15 and service seemed good, unlike other reviews. The salad was decent and serving size was large. We spilt the salad between two people and it was enough food. I can’t speak for the phở, but the bowls seemed large and people around me seemed to be enjoying them.

Open late, but obviously they have to because this is Vegas. They have lots of types of food, from American sandwiches to Vietnamese phở. I feel like they are just trying to cater to lots of different demographics but aren’t perfecting any specific type of food. Our phở came with withered basil leaves… :(no bueno. The wait for our food was super long, about 20 minutes for only 4 dishes and hardly anyone else in the restaurant. Contrary to the name, this is not a coffee shop.

This was a weird place. Located in the Treasure Island Casino they served just regular coffee, dessert and Vietnamese food. I get a little miffed when a place that just serves regular coffee calls themselves a coffee shop. One our first night in Vegas we came here for dessert but we were seated at a food table anyway. I had the chocolate ice box cake and hubby had the ice cream Sundae. He didn’t the Sundae, the cake was good but too much chocolate. I think it was pretty overpriced too but a lot of Vegas is overpriced.

Getting off the plane(very early in the morning), I wanted a cup of coffee and some breakfast. In the lobby of the hotel we stayed in(Treasure Island), the wife and I decided this would be our best bet to start off our honeymoon together. This is where things go bad. 1. The service was not as good as we expected for an eatery in Vegas. The server was a little impolite as he gave us our menus. The waitress came and gave us so-so service. She was not nice when I asked her questions about the menu. She didn’t want to help me make a decision. Instead, she seemed annoyed of my questions. If I had paid the bill, there would be little to zero tip. 2. The food was not bad, but it was not as spectacular as posted in front of the café and in some Unilocal reviews. It was a little more expensive than I expected for the food they served us. My omelet was pretty good. The size was worth the price, but I expected a bit more. It being a Vegas restaurant, but maybe, I had expected too much. That was probably more my fault; if anything. However, my wife’s waffles were not good at all. This dish was definitely not worth the price. Too dry and I believe my wife complained about the overly sweetness of the food. 3. The coffee SHOULD be better. If coffee is in the title, the customer would probably think that the coffee is superb. However, the coffee was not as good as the stuff I make at home. Sure, I have both 100% Kona, Ka‘u, and darker Italian roasts at home to spoil my tastebuds. However, I expected a good cup of joe to start off my honeymoon with a soothing bang, but the old grinds the coffee tasted was from, ruined that morning until we went out for dinner later on that night. Las Vegas restaurants should be more up to par. However, some places I will never patronize again due to these bad experiences which I have encountered during this trip. Cheers to you all Unilocalers. Have a good one!
