The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

This is the worse coffee shop experience I’ve had and I didn’t even get to try the coffee. So I ordered a simple ice vanilla latte and the manager had taken my order, I then proceeded to wait in line for about fifteen minutes and noticed that the barista had made everyones drink that were behind me which was about 5 orders. I then stopped and asked the barista if there was a mistake with my order, he then says to me «it’s coming up I don’t know what you want me to do, I’m going back and forth here.» I decide that I want to get a refund instead, so I walk over to the cashier and asked for a refund, the barista then proceeds to say to the customers «oh they don’t understand how busy I am, I’m running around.» Pretty much saying that it was our fault. I have been to many coffee shops around the world and this by far is the worst one. The manager saw the whole thing and didn’t even try to calm him down and assess the situation.

Ordered a iced mocha coffee and it wasn’t very good! Pricey too!

This has some delicious coffee/​tea and is very close to the casino floor in the Venetian, but it is PRICEY! The drinks are about $ 6 – 7 each. While staying in the Venetian, it was the easiest thing to find for a morning pick-​me-​up.
I really liked the option of choosing from a few teas and turning them into lattes. I had a strawberry green tea latte and thought it was absolutely delicious. There’s also a good assortment of baked goods, bars, and other bottled drinks.

They have an amazing range of coffees and is located at a convenient spot inside the venetian. Their chocolate croissant is just mind blowing.

I can’t believe I just paid $ 15 for a cold coffee, a stale muffin and a bottle of water. The quality of the products should be on point, especially when the pricing is obscenely inflated because the establishment happens to be inside a prominent hotel on the Strip.
Shame on you, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf!

I ordered their café latte, it was so plain and no coffee taste at all! Wouldn’t visit their store a second time

Fully stocked, friendly service, conveniently located before you head in or out of the parking area and most of all this place is open 24 hours! Coffee Bean is my favorite coffee spot any where I go.
The best earl grey tea latte-​hands down! You’ll be sorry ordering this anywhere else.

Never thought I would be writing a review for a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. I have worked for them in the past as a supervisor and have worked at several other cafes so I am typically pretty lenient and sympathetic with all baristas in the world.
Having said that, my girlfriend and I wanted to grab some coffee for the road before checking out from the hotel. They had one girl as an expeditor taking orders to speed up the line. We ordered a reg hazelnut IB and a lg Orchard Peach iced tea. We paid and stepped aside to wait for our drinks. We received two reg sized drinks. No big deal– we let the barista know we had ordered a large iced tea.
Conflict resolution at a coffee shop is quite simple. The cost of avoiding an argument and satisfying a customer far outweighs the cost of remaking their order.
However, the employee here who decided to give us attitude, state that we had paid for a regular (regardless of the expeditor coming over and letting her know she had took the order for a large), and walked away after giving us back the regular sized tea obviously does not share my views.
So double and triple check your order when you ring up everyone, cus they will NOT fix it for you.

Oh how I love Coffee Bean! There are none where I live, so I made my co-​worker come here for coffee two days in a row. I got my coffee fix with a great white chocolate mocha. Something about their drinks are better — creamier maybe? The service was decent — not exceptional fast, but fine. They are also located conveniently above the Bouchon kiosk, so we went downstairs to grab pastries after getting coffee.

Anything that isn’t that overpriced overhyped overrated Starbucks is good for me. I like that the Venetian is one of the few casino that has a Coffee Bean. They are located in the Grand Canal Shoppes and do a fairly decent job, but is pretty slow even with a cup of coffee. But the quality is good.

Had the blood orange tea. It was truly refreshing and was very sweet. The sugar gave me a jolt and allowed me to visit a few more casinos along the strip. The server was very friendly and answered my questions on the sweetness and gaver her opinion. She was very knowledgable about the products, which is a great reflection on the business. I had an expired groupon and she didn’t bat an eye. She knew how to handle those. This is definitely a stop for me when I visit the Venetian next time.

The employees are very friendly and the location is great, but I’m not crazy about their drinks. My latte came out extremely hot, so tried to connect to the wifi while letting it cool. The wifi never connected and I didn’t really enjoy the taste of the latte, so I threw most of it away and continued on to Starbucks to. The prices are pretty similar, but Starbucks is a little cheaper and offers more sizes and variety.
I generally try to support small coffee shops, but it doesn’t seem worthwhile when traveling. Starbucks provides a much more consistent experience and has great free wifi without having to deal with pass codes. Coffee Bean was definitely a waste of time and money for me, but I’ll give three stars due to location and friendly staff.

Needed a caffeine fix during a trip to the Venetian, and The Coffee Bean seemed like an oasis in the desert — just what I needed! I love blended frappé coffees and their Chocolate Hazelnut did not disappoint; ordered the large (regular seemed disappointingly small) and did not regret it. Only downside was the Strip price, but at least I got quality for the $$.

Conveniently located within the Palazzo right next to the elevator entrance, cleverly placed if you ask me.
Service was quick and efficient for a Saturday morning. I’d say they pretty much got the rhythm of things. However, I did feel extremely rushed when placing my order which was kind of annoying since I don’t frequent CBTL that often.

Good location and decent staff.

I fell in love with their White Chocolate Mocha, when I tried it for the first time at their SF location. When I saw it in the Venetian, I ran straight to the coffee joint to buy myself a cup of that heaven. Excellent, as always!

Conveniently located in the Venetian and fully capable of taking care of your caffeine fix and/​or hydration needs. Just be ready to pay that pervasive Vegas premium.

Ah, conventions in Las Vegas sometimes brings you to places you didn’t planned to go! I had some time to waste while at the Venetian late in the afternoon and decided to find a place to get a chai latte. I found this little chain store within the «Gran Canal Shoppe» area and it did do the job. Service was nice.

Decided to grab a couple of matcha green tea lattes. I paid extra for double matcha in each latte. The flavor was very smooth with a slight sweetness. I would definitely try another one of the these. Very tasty.

It’s a coffee bean, so don’t look for some sort of Seattle micro-​roaster quality. However! The hot chocolate-​best of the chain coffee shops. I will remain loyal to your chocolatey goodness Coffee Bean.

This place is a little bit of heaven while in the Sin City. I was out here for a conference and had some work to get done. I went here a couple of days using the free WI-​FI and drinking all the various teas they offer.
Great service, huge selection, and good customer service.
