I used to stop by on my way to work for coffee and few snacks few times a week. I stopped going because of a rude encounter I had with the Manager. She verbally threatened to call Metro after I placed the items down on the counter, stating ‘hold on. lemme go get some change out of my car. She assumed I walked off with the items I guess. I had few more rude encounters after that where I would walk in the store, say HELLO and get ignored by the Manager. Woooow!
Recently I stopped by to get some coffee and to say HELLO to Sharon (elderly lady). She is very friendly and we usually chit chat when there are no other customers in line. Sharon works in the mornings so I only stop by when she’s working. :)
