I cant even describe the customer service in this T-mobile location WOW! As soon as i walked tru the door a lady who was still chewing her lunch came to me and ask me How she could help me. Well i needed a Prepaid sim card for my phone. She said no problem and went in the back to grab one. 2 – 3 minutes later she came out to the counter again chewing leftovers from her lunch. Disgusting! She was very«helpful» to try to put the new SIM card in my phone, BUT her nails were so big and fancy so she could not handle it at all. I tried to offer her my help, but she said«Dont worry about it man i got it» hahahahaha She ain’t got lol!!! come on you guys thats not the way to represent the business. Personally i would never come back to this location nor to any location of T-mobile, i am just scared i may see again the disgusting chewing lady who is still in my mind lol — I may not even eat ever again wow! Peace :) By the way(for the owners) i tried to ask her what was her name since she was the only one without name tag — but she did not say a thing… her mouth was still full.

This company is garbage. Phone service sucks! No service in so many places, dropped calls ect. People can hear about every 5th word you say on a phone conversation. It takes 5 phone calls to get through one conversation. When you complain about this and many other products, it’s always the phone never them and they do nothing to fix it. After a year & half I finally had it & switched to another company. I was not under contract with them but they charged me an early termination fee of $ 300 for the data cards to the Ipads that I had purchased out right & owned for many years. Don’t make that mistake because they are cheap! You don’t even get what you pay for with this company.

After my friend and I both had our iPhones stolen NYE weekend, we were able to take an oh so exciting journey to the t mobile store.(Exactly what we wanted to do on a trip). David was fantastic! He was helpful and quick. He is a 5 star employee! He managed both of our transactions with ease. The employees were also cool enough to let us chill in the store while we waited for a cab.

I would give this a NOSTAR if i could. First time coming here on a Sunday 2 months a go, my mom and I had purchased the gold iphone 5s and it was amazing because only this hispanic guy greeted us and made us feel comfortable. My mom and I came back probably few days later because she wanted her old number from metro as the same for tmobile. It was around 5 – 6 pm getting dark and we were hoping the first guy who helped us was present. Unfortunately, he wasn’t therefore we asked this hispanic lady. 1) she’s rude 2) she seems like she hates working there 3) bad attitude towards us when we have the right to ask questions 4) no f****** help at all. I mean, WON’T YOUDOANYTHINGTOMAKEYOURCUSTOMERHAPPY? This place is just pure bad customer service because of that. I gave this place another try because my mom wanted to get an upgrade. Once again, I was just praying the guy we liked was there but then again he wasn’t and saw the hispanic woman again. This time this guy helped us with the new phone but he was just going too far with his desperation of needing to sell his stuff. My dad told him that he would purchase a gold iphone for my mother too and it just happened too fast. Right now, they have a deal with 0 down for most phones if qualified. In this case my dad and I never knew there was a qualification thing. So when the hispanic woman told us «so downpayment for $ 90 right?» And i was just like«why would it be $ 90 when its 0 «- «because you guys arent qualified for just being with us for 2 months.» Well how the hell are we suppose to know when the first thing she should have done was to check our damn history and be fucking polite about it. Everytime my dad would ask questions, she straight up says no like he’s tired of him. Never pick this place, at all. I prefer everyone to go to charleston and decatur by walmart if you want excellent customer service. Everyone there is great and on point and honest. This place is too horrible.

I’ve never had an issue with T-Mobile. My family and I have been with them since 2002. Service is always quick and professional. I never pressured to upgrade or make changes to my service. I actually was told my bill was eligible to go down $ 10 /mo. The store was neat and well organized. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes at this location. I’m a huge fan of Tmobile!

7purchased a charger 32 days ago for my my touch slide 4g for $ 19.99 i then noticed when i got home it was not the original charger with the usb plug that came with the phone it was cheaply made but i needed it i had no other choice after 32 days the charger stopped working i had my mother who was paying my bill of $ 207.66 go and return the charger she was told the charger was 2 days past the warrranty and there was nothing they could do but sell her another charger the same one, instead of pulling up my account and seeing i have been a loyal customer of tmobile for 9 years an pay my bills on time with never a disconection and someone who spends money at this location frequently they aragontly told my mother no!!! when she got home i called the store and some man told me i could come down and he would read the policy to my face in person and there was nothing he could do, i decieded to call a few tmobile locations and tell them my same situation t-mobile– decatur and charleston talked to the manager no problem mr martel come on down an we will take care of you, same result on the east flamingo location and same result on the south rainbow location, i had my answer, to all people i strongly urge you to never use this tmobile location ever!!! the employees and the management staff here are clueless and ignorant except for one girl named(jamie) the store manager runs the store knowing t mobile has money and his job is safe, if just 25 poeple read this review and go to another store im sure they would feel some sort of hit and maybe fix the problems with this store having employees like elana who are clueless and rude and a guy who answers the phone and wont give his name and tells me to come down and he will read my bill and tmobiles policys to my face is a business you do not want to deal with, but as for you mr no name i look forward to seeing you so you can read this bill and tmobiles policys to my face in person, cant wait. coward
