Owner Operated Susanna offers alterations and dry cleaning.
Came in Wednesday around 530pm and it was ready the next morning.
She told me she’s been in business at this location for 14 years. Now that i’ve patronized her business once, I will gladly return again. She is reasonably priced and very friendly too!
Her store is located off Eastern, a couple blocks N of the 215, in the same shopping plaza as Freedom Medical, Havana Grill, Lemongrass, Regal Cinemas Colonnade 14, etc.

I called Susanna on a very late Friday afternoon to have a bridesmaid dress altered that I needed for Sunday and not only did she wait for me to get there she did a perfect job and had it done right on time! She is AMAZING and saved the day!

Suzanne was referred to me by a good friend and I couldn’t be happier. Not only does she know exactly what she’s doing with high quality fabrics, she knows just how to treat her customers and make them feel like they’ve come to the right place.
Thank you Suzanne, my wedding dress fits perfectly and I can’t wait to pass along a picture of it.

STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, from this unethical business owner Susanna. She is a crook! The workmanship is horrible and outrageous prices. She will rip you off for $ 5. We took a dress to replace the zipper and after 1 time of wearing the dress the zipper came apart. She is unethical and extremely rude! The good reviews are written by family & friends. We take our clothes to Thrift D Lux in Anthem. Each item is $ 2.48 to dry clean and alteration price is 50% of what Susanna charges and workmanship is excellent. The dry clean clothes come out perfect and alteration is professionally done unlike Susanna’s alteration. Go to Thrift D Lux in Anthem Village highly recommend them and they are sooooooooo nice and professional!

My family has been doing business with Suzanna’s for years. Several years ago my husband dropped 5 suits on her he needed altered for business travel the next day. She said she’d have it done and she did. Her services are PRICEY, at times shocking. Sometimes I’ve gotten a great deal on a designer item and by the time Suzanna got done with alterations I’ve paid more for alterations than I paid for the item. However, her work and work ethic are solid.

WAY OVERPRICED AND RUDE!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY! There are a lot of other reasonable places around. I am new in town and thought since they had a lot of good reviews, that this is the right place. They must have paid their relatives to write all those reviews. I have never been charged this much for dry cleaning. Wow! Never again!

Overpriced. For one slacks. I recommend going to Phuong tailoring on eastern and silverado ranch. What he charged me for two slacks was half of what I paid at Susana’s! I was just in shocked that I went to Susana’s first because I saw the Unilocal reviews. Never again.
Plus when I went inside I accidentally showed the wrong receipt and while still conversing with someone she was rude saying that’s not their receipt. Rude.

Used to be regular customer and spent over a thousand in Susannas expensive alterations. Was overcharged and treated poorly. Her work is good however, there are others in town who do just as good and are more nice, more patient and charge a mere fraction of what she charges.

This place deserves all the positive reviews is has. I had a bathing suit I needed altered for a photoshoot. I took it somewhere else and they didn’t alter it correctly. I called Susanna’s and explained to her that I needed the bathing suit fixed in less than 24 hours! She had no problem getting it fixed in time, and she did an excellent job on it! I’m so happy with the results and with her business. She definitely earned a life-​long customer!

Susanna is the best! We’ve been going to Susanna for almost 10 yrs. She’s altered many of of our clothes and practically re-​did my niece’s flower dress to ensure it fit perfectly. I highly recommend Susanna for all your alterations and dry cleaning! I would not go anywhere else.

Have come here for the past year, Susanna always takes care of my clothes and they are very nicely dry cleaned. She has fixed little buttons that have fallen off or small rips for free just because I come often and she is a nice person.

Having never used anyone for professional alterations in Las Vegas before, I was hesitant to trust a beloved dress of mine in the hands of a stranger! However, I had no choice. I needed my dress taken-​in in the shoulders (it had sleeves) and chose Susanna’s Alterations. That was the best choice I could’ve made! I am a customer for life! I now have no qualms about taking any clothing to be altered, as long as it’s to Susanna.
Not only did she fix my dress perfectly, but she insisted she fix it in just 4 days once she found out I was hoping to wear it out for my anniversary (her original estimate was 1 week, which I was happy with and felt it an appropriate time frame). The other thing that sold me from the beginning was that she was the one who was there when I dropped my dress off, she fitted it, she altered it, and she was there when I picked it back up. I love when I can support businesses like this.
Go to her, you won’t regret it!

We’ve been using her for years. She just fixed my wife’s sweater that was unraveling. Can’t even tell where the repair was made, it’s so good.

Susanna did a great job on fixing my slacks and taking in the waist in short notice. She is a really nice lady and takes care of the clothes she works on. The same day service she provides is such a bonus. She is now my full time dry cleaners and alterations company. Her prices are reasonable. I just moved here from LA and you just don’t find people like her that give you what YOU WANT and work around your schedule.

She is the best! Susanna can pretty much help you with anything and will always let you know when to throw in the towel. While her services can be a bit pricey ($ 25 for the original hem on designer denim) they are worth every penny. I would never take fine goods anywhere else!
