Super Nails II

Had a horrible experience with Tony. He was really rude. Worst customer service ever. I have been coming here for quite some time. Normally I get helped by Tiffany or one of the other girls this time I walked in waited about 40 minutes to get help by Tony I asked if I could just get a fill with gel nails normally gel nails are good with just two coats because they are supposed to dry them up with the UV light. For some reason Tony kept putting two coats at a time and then drying them and then complaint that I was not stretching my fingers out under the UV light correctly because the paint was not drying fast enough he put on a total of seven coats and I told him that it was too many coats my nails were super thick and just look like I did them at home myself I still paid him the $ 30 and and told him that I was very unhappy with the nails and that they look very ugly and he just shrugged his shoulders I told him that I will not be coming back here ever and that it’s a shame that he doesn’t care the fact that I’m not happy with them because now I have to go and get them fixed somewhere else he shrugged his shoulders like he didn’t care. I even told him that the girl that was sitting next to him had done them the same exact color two weeks ago and that they did not look anything like the ones he did the girl look at my nails and agreed that they were not done correctly and he still didn’t care.

Service wasn’t good at all. Everything was done in a rush and didn’t care if it was good or not. They also cut my friend and didn’t even apologize.
Maybe it was because they were getting ready to close. But if that was the case they should have just said they were close for the day.

I was desperate to have my nails fixed after a horrible experience with a full set (at a different salon). The man knew exactly how to fix my nails and used materials that were new or from a sterilized package.
The conversation was o retesting with my manicurist and he gave some great tips to take care of my cuticles. I’m a nurse and wash/​sanitize my hand a lot !
I was also in need of a pedicure as my feet look horrible from work and spin class. I have a huge bruise under my big toenail from spin class. He did not make me feel bad about my ugly feet and took extra care with making sure my heels looked perfect! I also chose gel for my toes as regular nail polish always chips on me even if I’m very carful with it. I love they gel isn’t a crazy cost at this nail salon !

I will never go here again. I was there on wendsenday with a friend girls day out. I got 4 cuts on my toes after I told her repeatedly do not cut the sides of my toe nails, I have a fungus on 2 of my toes, my friend has fungus all over her feet. I am
Calling the board on Monday and making a complaint. Do not go here. Sad thing is I’m a nail tech and I should have known better to get services in a shop that there was no business in.

I have been going to Joann for my eye brow wax for years! I moved far away and started threading for a year… No one compares to Joann. She is the best at making the brows look great! Yes it’s like an hour drive from where I live now, but she is worth it!

I never have to wait when I come to get my eyebrows done or my pedicure. I am really picky about my brows and never have any issues getting them waxed here and have been coming since I moved here about 9 years ago. Be warned that if you are using a card, there is a $ 1 surcharge and price for a basic pedicure is $ 20 and eyebrow waxing is $ 10.

Meh. I was looking for a new nail place and stopped here. They did fine, my nails look better than the place I was going, but I said that I needed them filed down a bit and now I have no length at all. I don’t pay to have longer nails to have them the same length I started out with. Not sure I will go back. The acrylic looks good though. Not so thick they look fake. That I do like.

I’m never going back there again. I walked in to get a pedicure and it took a while to sit down. And when I did they didn’t ask about the temperature of the water. It was absolutely hot. I chose my color for the main color, not the tip, I wanted white tips and she started with the tips another color. And she kept me in the burning water for a long time. And the overall job was not good. The tips were too wide and it was not even at all.

There prolly is some really fancy awesome nail salon somewhere in summerlin that does a phenomenal job and is way better than my ghetto little nail place BUT you can guarantee they will charge you an arm and a leg to do that. I like this little salon. Maybe they don’t do the best of the best but they are good enough for me and my pocket. I am simple so a lil gel manicure with French tips and same for my pedi and a wax for my eyebrows and I’m out the door within two hours :) feeling like a princess :)

I really really really wanted to like them but they disappointed me yet again after giving them a 2^nd chance, the acrylic from the bottom started coming off which is something that has never happened before and I’ve been getting acrylics for years, I was so disappointed. Other than that, the nail tech was wonderful! I just won’t be coming back based on friendliness.

She is gone now. I believe she moved back to California.

DO NOT go to this nail salon. I recently was visiting Vegas for the holidays, and went here with my fiancé’ for a manicure. This place should be shut down. The manicurist cut the cuticle on 2 fingers so badly I bled and have swollen skin around my nails for 4 days now. He sloppily put nail polish on, minus any undercoat, and had to remove all excess polish when he was done, which was a lot!
My fiancé experienced a cut fingertip and sloppy cuticle removal. I am considering calling the authorities who license nail salons to have them look into this salon.
