Amazing Cleaner! Much like others have mentioned, they remembered my name the second (and every other time) I have come in. I work in a restaurant, and often get nasty grease/​oil/​food stains on my brightly colored shirts. I stopped using this cleaner for one closer to my house that was a little cheaper… Big mistake on my part. At Super Cleaners, my clothes always come back clean, stains removed, buttons repaired if needed, and well pressed. The other cleaner (see other review) returned several shirts back to me saying the stains could not be removed… Super Cleaners was able to remove the stains and save my wardrobe.

I read some reviews about other places and realized this was closest to my house. I stopped in and they were very friendly. Greeted me at the door and spoke pretty good English.
I gave the lady my mending and she took down all of my info. I saw that it was a man doing the sewing in the corner by the door. They seem to know what they are doing.
My shirts came out great and it was not that pricey. I would recommend giving it a try and making your own judgement. The turn around seems pretty quick.

This place is great! As far as the cleaning goes, I’ve never had any problems. My clothes are always clean and nicely pressed. Ramon is awesome. He remembered my name from the first time I dropped off clothes there. When it isn’t busy, he will have my clothes ready as I’m walking in.
I once left $ 60 cash in one of the pairs of pants I dropped off here, and when I walked in Ramon handed it to me immediately. I know other dry cleaners wouldn’t have been so honest.

Love love love this cleaners. I used to work directly across the street and it was easy to take my dry cleaning here, but moved working locations which made it hard to get here. So, I tried a couple of different places which was a huge mistake because I had horrible service and lost/​ripped clothes to pay for it. I ended up going back to super cleaners with regret of ever leaving them in the first place. I definitely do not mind the drive to ensure I get great service and my clothes back clean and in the same condition as I dropped it off!

It’s very rare to find people as kind, friendly, and professional as the people who work here! I actually look forward to seeing them whenever I go in. I’m ashamed to say I can’t remember their names, but the service here is absolutely fantastic! I needed to have an evening dress taken in about 3 inches before an event on Saturday. Brought it in Wednesday, it was done by Saturday afternoon. Fit perfectly! $ 20 for the work!!! That’s unheard of, a total bargain. Later, I brought in a long, formal gown and another evening dress to be cleaned, and a sundress to be fitted. $ 40! Again, I couldn’t believe the price. Especially for the quality of work done! Everything came back with no missing pieces or burns. The shop is very clean and is not humid. Changing room to try on any work for alterations. I will ALWAYS come to these guys for any work I need done. Highly, highly recommend (:

I don’t just get my dry cleaning done here, I also get valuable life lessons from Ramon! He is like a long lost friend you just wanna stay and have a long chat with. Lost husbands pants! And instead of apologizing and looking into it, wanted to argue that I was wrong and gave us someone else’s pants? Been using this cleaner for 9 year. Great service, friendly and nice.
I was surprised after this behavior and I’m offended! Nothing resolved but losing me, my inlaws and her friends in sienna! Shame on super cleaners for not taking care of this issue and dismissing a long term customer! Change your name to Super Suck Cleaners… next step Im calling my friend Darcy with a little news cast!!!

Ramone is still there and gives the best service. Always has my clothes ready, on time and even before I walk in the door. Would recommend them to everyone!

I have had terrible experiences with other dry cleaners stores but so far, so good. Also my pants hemming was absolute perfection.
I highly recommend Super Cleaners and I am a real pain in the butt customer so that should tell you something! LOL
Ramone is sincerely the nicest guy! He will even bring your clothes to the car if you have your children in the car! How nice is that!

Super friendly. He remembered my name in only 3 visits. Usually when not busy he will see me come up and prep my items before I even walk up. Super convenient!
Other than that. Nice job on cleaning however they dont actually do the cleaning on site… it gets taken off premises. At least I believe thats what he said.
I had my jeans hem and sweat pants repaired (I split my bottoms and the pocket had a hole in them) it cost $ 10 for each item. The pants looks like new :) and my jeans fit. (Im short so I usually have to get my jeans hem or I have to roll them up.) They will ask you if you plan on wearing heels… or not so they can make it a little longer to make it fit well. Very considerate… considering I told them to hem it shorter until they brought this to my attention and then I agreed. A little longer so heels work better :)
A+ on service and good work so far on items. Never had anything missing (expect a button but they sewed one on for free since it was missing) :)

Super cleaners, strange that you would assign yourself such an heroic moniker. The Lex Luther of menstrual stains attacked my sheets this morning and a true super hero would have been there to fight back! I can only assume from your lack of commitment to your craft that your ideals are as weak as your business practices … Woof!

The last time I got my dress shirts back from them, I found a shirt with a Towncraft label. I have never bought a Towncraft shirt before, so I knew the shirt was not mine. I brought the shirt back, but the guy behind the counter refused to acknowledge the problem and would not do anything about it.
Today, I brought a load of 33 shirts to be laundered, and I asked him if he would take my word for it that there were no Towncraft shirts, and if not — would he mind looking at the shirt labels to verify that I do not have any Towncraft shirts. My plan was for him to write on the receipt — no Towncraft shirts, that way if one happend to show up, we both would know that the shirt was not mine. He refused and asked me to take my business elsewhere in a rather rude way…
I believe that this guy is just following the owner’s policy. They have one of the lowest prices in town for laundering shirts, but I guess you get what you pay for…

For all those who are not blessed enough to wear a size of clothing that manufacturers have deemed «normal», I highly recommend Super Cleaners’ alteration service. Customer service is prompt and attentive and my clothing is always returned within 24 hours (though I rarely pick it up within that time frame). The man who performs the alterations was very patient as he measured my pant leg which was to be hemmed. I was very satisfied when I picked up my pants and looked over the quality of his stitching. Pricing is extremely reasonable, $ 10.00 to hem slacks, which was definitely the lowest price quoted to me amongst the many stores I called.
