No bait and switch. Easy and convent. John and Julie very easy to work with in fact a pleasure to meet. The place is well maintained and has all the items you may need. Would highly recommend

We used storage west for 3+ years. They are very professional and keep the area clean and safe. When we no longer needed the unit and moved out I had forgotten to turn off the auto pay I had set up with the bank. They immediately sent me a refund without a phone call! Prices are fair as well.

The staff smiles in your face while telling you lies. I would not recommend this place if you are going to pay your storage on time and move out earlier then expected. The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly but they do not handle business like they should, and the corporate office is a joke!

We had a storage unit at Storage West for about 4 years. The owners were always very nice and the location always clean and well lit. I definitely would recommend Storage West.
