I was disappointed in my attempt trying to access this place. Although it’s supposedly open 24⁄7 I couldn’t get in even though there was a Bar keep there and I rang the buzzer multiple times. Not coming back.

I love going here to play pool and hang out for a bit. I have met some interesting people and the bartenders are always fantastic. If you are open to meeting new people from all walks of life, this is the place to be.

These are my people. After getting lost looking for that damned Neon Museum, we stumbled upon this place. The bartender was amazingly friendly and honored the Unilocal check-in. The drinks are stiff and the people are friendly. I never want to leave!

I go here every year during the lowrider supershow across the street from cashman field. Nice spot to get away from the show for a little bit for drinks and watch the football games since the show does not sell alcohol. Always funny to see the cute young lil blonde bartender(I forget her name) go back and forth with all the male patrons(they seem like long time regulars who all have known each other for a while). It’s all in fun and the guys never cross the line with the banter. it’s not in the best area in the world in North Las Vegas, nor is it the chandelier bar at the cosmo, but I feel comfortable and safe here. The drinks are good and cheap. I was shocked a shot of patron was only like 3 or 4 bucks! You’re looking at 18 – 20 bucks for that in the big hotels. As often as I travel to Vegas it’s a shame I don’t go here more often but I usually stay in the heart of the strip and tend to confine my partying to that area. That being said I look forward to this spot every supershow weekend. See you guys in October!

I’m from Minnesota and it reminded me of the bars at home. Needless to say, I attended a fun Halloween party fundraiser in July… friendly staff and interesting people made it a fun night. I wasn’t expecting a huge place, but this bar has everything you’d want in a neighborhood bar.

This is definitely a hole in the wall. They have a stage, couple of pool tables, a few tables and of course a bar. Oh and a dart board in the corner. It’s the kind you would find in someone’s garage, not electronic and no where to keep score if you actually wanted to play a game. I was told it was by Fremont and it kinda is but its closer to the Cashman Center. If you blink you will miss it. I was meeting some people there and ordered an Angry Orchard. I was given my choice of bottle or draft by the bartender. The staff seemed really nice. And I’m guessing the guy who looks like he fell out of the 80’s and raided Tom Petty’s closet is the owner. He was running around never said hi or anything. I heard him talking to someone about $ 1 drinks but didn’t know what the special was. One of the patrons said they wanted to get the college crowd in there. Well I didn’t see anything in this bar that would be inviting to any crowd. Don’t know if I will be back. They need something inviting.

I have come here more than once to this bar and have generally enjoyed the atmosphere there until tonight. I came this evening to participate in karaōke. I signed up early on and watched the DJ deliberately call everyone else before me, even when they signed up after me. He called my good friend twice. When I asked him about it, he was rude and blew me off. I am very disappointed, because I have had mostly positive experiences with this bar before. I hope that they make some changes with the karaōke situation in the future.

I randomly stopped by with some friends and I’m so glad I did! It’s a hole in the wall place but great customer service & the manager or owner was just as awesome as the bartenders. He came up to us and introduced himself and gave us each a complimentary cocktail coupon for the next time we’re in. We found out they have karaōke during the week, we’re definitely coming back!

I’ve only been hear once to drop off a friend for an event they were having but as dive bars go, I think it’s the kind of place where anyone can feel welcome walking in. Of course they have video poker and pool tables and a juke box round out the the entertainment. The staff is friendly, but not friendly because they have to be, friendly because they seem to enjoy what they’re doing and where they’re doing it. There was a ‘Mead Hall’ going on which is the event I took my friend to and they were just having a blast. The DJ was playing both ‘Top 40′ music and Pirate folklore to go along with the event. The four stars is for the location. It’s not in the best area of town but it’s not bad. It’s close to Freemont street and a great place if you want somewhere local, low key, and laid back to hang out in. Like every local dive bar they have drink specials. Nothing fancy but you can definitely have a great time without hitting your pocket too hard, or hard at all. I’d definitely go back again. After all, I love me some good dive bars and I would try most things twice.

Awesome bar, I went there for karaōke night and the karaōke guy was the best I’ve ever seen. Now I go there as much as I can. The bartenders are great, service is excellent, they even give you popcorn lol. Drink a very bright, even free. If you wanna have a good time, with good music even sing karaōke this is the place to be. ;-)

I went here last week for karaōke night and lady’s night. The place remind me of a hole in the wall. I say that as a good thing. Most hole in the walls are fun. I had a blast. It is an out of the way place from where I live, but the people there were very friendly and extremely nice. The bartender was very helpful in recommending what to drink. I told her it was my first time there and she was patient with me being indecisive on what to order. She made great drinks and did it with a smile the whole night. The other bartender looks like a member of Mötley Crue was fun. He made sure everyone was having a good time and that no one was feeling left out of the fun. This went a long way. I have not been in Vegas long and was flying solo. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Everyone welcomed me in right away. The guy running the karaōke is entertaining. He will keep you laughing. This was a place that if you looking for some friendly people and a good time, then this is the place. The locals are inviting and the the people here know how to have a good time. So if you’re just dropping by or hanging out its worth the stop. Whether you are flying solo or in a group, stop in and say HI. You’ll be glad you did. They will definitely see me again!

Screw it, 5 stars! Wound up here on St. Paddy’s day. Glanced up from my walk and noticed the $ 1.50 Hamm’s banner above the door. Oh hell yeah! Imma git me some Hamm’s for sure! GF and I bellied up to the bar and were quickly offered some jello shots from the guy sitting next to us. He brought his own cooler in. Sweet! The only thing better than jello shots is free jello shots. The guy sitting on the other side of us wasn’t doing so well. Judging by the look in his eye and the amount of food on his face I’d say he’d been there for the better part of the day. Within about 10 minutes he obviously got a little case of the«sleepies.» He shuffled over to the pool table and crawled underneath for a cat nap. His legs didn’t quite make it all the way under the table so the bar manager gave him a little encouragement with some loud words and a swift kick to the ankles. Classic! St. Paddy’s day wouldn’t be complete without some bland boiled food and this year was no exception. The stateside was serving up free corned beef and cabbage. Even though we just woofed down some pizza up the street I couldn’t pass up a small plate. We enjoyed some free shuffleboard, a few more Hamm’s and called it a day. I’ve been in here several times and not once did I leave without feeling truly certain that I had made the right decision when choosing a watering hole. Thanks Stateside!

My friend and I came here after the baseball game at Cashman Field since it was nearby. She said if you show your ticket stub, you buy one drink, get one free. I was a bit buzzed so I agreed. If I was sober, I probably would not have agreed since this bar is located in a sketchy neighborhood. I live in the nice part of Vegas so I’m a snob. lol. The patrons were really friendly and we met some interesting characters. The bartender was nice too and even put an frozen water bottle in our pitcher to keep the beer cold. Fun time drinking in North Vegas with the interesting characters!

Went to this place while in Vegas for March Madness. Had a buddy who was there as well that weekend and we needed a golden tee fix. Might as well gamble on that in vegas too, right? As the story goes, we took a long cab ride, but this place was SO worth it. Drinks were about 90% cheaper than the strip and were strong. Doubles were ordered for an extra BUCK, and were not needed, these were strong drinks. Staff were very friendly and didnt have the«anti-tourist» attitude. The golden tee game was in good shape and it was a real neighborhood bar. Food was lacking, but then all of a sudden a relative of the owner(who apparently is a cook on the strip at one of the major hotels) brings a slab of ribs, potatoes and other assorted food — for free. Long cab ride back, but will be making the trip again this year, and making this a stop while in town.
