One of my favorite Starbucks in the Centennial Hills area. Love the lighting, and wooden table. Great for evening appointments or meetings. Plus, the coffee is great and the baristas are very friendly.

Love this one. Hard to find a Starbucks that will get your drink tasting the same every single time, they have their craft mastered.

I get gas at Sam’s Club which is right by the Starbucks. I go to Starbucks every morning to get a drink and everytime I go to this location it’s disappointment after disappointment. Today was the last time they get my business I ask for light ice in my drink and this is the only location that can’t seem to figure that out the entire vente cut is filled with ice. After three drinks your drink is gone $ 5 for three drinks of a drink that should last you a couple hours. Very shameful. The sticker on my drink even said like I said I asked and they still can never get it right. The wait is much longer than any other location I’ve ever been to because the baristas chit chat while they’re making the drinks and take their sweet time will Customer are waiting!

Been in the area for the past two years and never visited this location. It was hard to justify a visit when I could toss a K-cup or two… or three at my residence. I probably saved myself several hundred dollars. Sadly, I lacked the ability to make myself a Venti, iced, dirty, double chai, my new favorite vehicle to deliver caffeine to my weak body and wobbly mind. Thus, I have paid this commercial powerhouse a visit or three in recent weeks. I have yet to walk inside due to being on the move. The service is friendly and drive-thru is very efficient, no matter the line. This espresso syndicate provides.

One star for customer service! Unfortunately this is the most convenient location on my drive to work :-( My husband and I go through the drive thru almost every day and not once do the workers take time to get to know their«regular» clients. Karen is the worst, almost always never say hello. So sad! :-(

I really can’t complain about sbux when I get espresso shots and java chip Frappuccinos here regularly. Overall, this is a good location in the middle of Centennial Parkway, so if you’re buying a car or getting art supplies, this is the place.

As much as I hated to come back to this store, the service has improved dramatically.

They never say thank you. I’ll never understand how a giant corporation such as Starbucks will not insist that their employees thank the customer. I have complained numerous times and until they do start saying thank you they will not get a tip from me. 3−27−15STILLNOTHANKYOU!

Batista Shane! I almost never find myself on this side of town, but a friend’s retirement party does give some merit. On the way there I knew I needed a little caffeine and even though I trying to break up with Starbucks… They are the easiest way to get caffeine in my system when I’m on the go. Pulled up to the drive through & asked if they had any hazelnut drizzle(shot in the dark) They didn’t so I ordered a iced green tea late w/coconut milk, may as well give it a try. The coconut milk was not my favorite. It gave the latte a distinct, weird flavor. The drink was still edible, but not that good. Anyway, Shane the barista was simply delightful! Hands down best barista I have ever come across. Extremely friendly, genuine and knowledgeable — What a great combination. Just when I’m ready to cut Starbucks loose they pull me back in. Although an amazing barista 45 minutes from my house will never make up for discontinuing hazelnut drizzle. I mean what are the thinking? It’s the best drink ever. I just want to cry knowing I’ll never have another hazelnut macchiato. I can not write enough sternly worded emails over this very traumatic experience. In case Starbucks ever reads this, I also want to say, adding coconut milk is a nice gesture, but everyone knows almond milk goes much better in dairy-free coffee. Ridiculous!

Nothing worse than purchasing your cup of heaven just to find it’s less than heavenlyI do realize I am a finicky coffee drinker, so I do take partial blame. But if I order a grande iced coffee in a venti cup, with extra ice & half and half… and 2 spendas, it’s clear I really don’t want an over powering taste of coffee in my mouth. It was a late night fix, not sure if it was a «leftover» brew… it was just too ripe for my liking.

I just moved to this area and immediately hate this Starbucks. There is one young, skinny guy with blonde hair who is a sweet heart. The rest of the girls are total brats! I went yesterday and the one who took my order comes up to the register, I say hi and she goes«What are you having…» So rude! I ordered a venti very berry hibiscus refresher. If you’ve never had it, it’s an iced tea with berries in it and a dark wine color. I got mine and it was clear! I asked if they can add more berries to it and the girl who made it said, «Sorry we’re running low on it…» and put more in. Well, little girl, clearly you had enough for at least mine since she was able to add more to it and make it correctly. Or how about having told me that they were low/out of stock when I ordered. I used to get this all the time about the chestnut praline latte during the holidays and was always completely understanding and ordered something else. Don’t make excuses on why you can’t make a simple drink correctly. It’s an ICEDTEA for pete’s sake. Not a venti white mocha with pumps of this and pumps of that at a certain temperature with a certain amount of foam. If you can’t pour an iced tea… you got issues, homie.

Wish this was the Starbucks on my side of town! It is a nice, quite location that is well maintained and has plenty of seating. It would be a good option to get some work or studying done and take advantage of the free wi-fi connection. Location also has a drive through but I went inside.

Just as the 2 star rating says, «Meh. I’ve experienced better» From a customer service perspective, It would be nice if you get acknowledged when you enter the door and thanked you for visiting their establishment. I still visit Starbucks primarily for the convenience factor, but it’s become a common theme that customer service is almost nonexistent at most Starbucks that I visit. Living in Las Vegas your choices are limited in getting your cup of joe, but I would highly recommend other local shops as well such as: Sambalatte and The Human Bean where you get both, great customer service and delicious tasting coffee.

One of the better Starbucks locations in Centennial Hills. They always get my order correct and my Chai Tea Lattes are never watery. I also love the rustic décor on the inside. Super cute and cozy.

What distinguishes this Starbucks from all the rest? It is the nicest location I’ve ever been to! And boy, I’ve been to plenty of Starbucks. The décor and vibe felt more like a down-to-earth coffee shop than the usual plain Jane signature Starbucks stores. Customer service is same ol’, but at least it’s a change of scenery!

This is by far the best Starbucks I’ve been to in Vegas customer service wise. I’ve never had a problem with any of my orders and believe me I stop by often since it is so close to work. The baristas are super friendly and as difficult I am on my drinks(add this, extra this…) they never seem to complain or miss a beat. I love the fact that they always repeat the order to make sure it is correct.

I ended up in the northwest yesterday running some errands and decided to do some shopping nearby. Before hitting the freeway, I stopped at this Starbucks for a quick drink. There was only one car at the drive through. I ordered my drink, waited a reasonable amount of time, and then was on my way. The register critter was pleasant and the quad espresso was Starbucks to the core. The place is OK, but I’m not here very often. It’s also one of the most inconvenient places to get in and out. I think that of the entire Centennial Center.

I normally go to the Starbucks on west Cheyenne, but I think that I will be coming here more often. Everyone behind the counter is nice and take their time to have a compact conversation. Not to mention they repeat your order back to you so you know that they got your beverage/food correct! I’m very impressed with the wait time. I ordered within two minute of walking into the place(and it was packed). I order a grande mocha frap and I got it in under 3 minutes. Pretty impressive. This is my second favorite Starbucks(first is the one in Target on Sky Point Rd.)! I recommend this location to anyone who is in the area. Thanks for the great experience!

Stopped in to get a Venti Caramel Frapp after some serious shopping today. I love the convenience of this location because I do a lot of my shopping in the centers surrounding it and it has a drive thru which is a major plus. I *heart* Starbucks!
